You couldn't conventionally block yourself from a website completely, because if you used a program or script you could just turn the program or script off. Especially if you have admin privileges on your computer. I suggest, if there's a site that you're voluntarily visiting...

I put it on hibernate usually. If I need to use it early the next morning, I'll send it to sleep instead. If I'm downloading something or defragging overnight, I'll leave it on. I turn it off around once a week for XP to do its housekeeping.
