I purchased tv shows on itunes for my ipod touch but when i tried to download it to my ipod it doesn't show up on videos. Is it listed somewhere else?
They should be in your TV show folder. Otherwise, sometimes itunes adds all movies and tv shows added to your movie folder, in which case they'll be in there. (if they are, you can change them by clicking on them and hitting apple "i" to change in information and say it's a tv show).
Otherwise, if this isn't it... are you sure they transferred from your computer to...

I want to transfer my movie files to my iPod.They have different chapters ( tracks ) and although they have order in my iTunes, when I transfer them to my iPod they all get mixed up and have no order! I wanted to know how to arrange these movie files.thanx
You probably have your ipod sorting by artist, or some other thing, when you should be either sorting by track name or by album, depending on which your movie files sort correctly in.
Just check what you're sorting by in you itunes library and make sure it's the same on your ipod.

Will this PC run CounterStrike Source? Processor-Core 2 Duo E8400(3.00GHz) 64 bit dual core processor 6MB L2 cache ::: RAM- 4GB DDR2 800 ::: Graphics Card-NVIDIA GeForce 9600GT 512MB Video Card ::: Hard drive- and sadly -WINDOWS VISTA home premium 64-bit
The computer hardware can definitely handle it, but counter-strike source doesn't install natively on Vista. It may cause your computer to slow down a bit and the program may crash off and on, but will work. You may want to think of downgrading it to XP.

When you have a cold/flu and a fever, is it better to keep the room warm or cool? I prefer the room to be about 75F normally.
You want to keep your body working optimally to fight the virus. As long as you are not cold and your body is not working to heat itself up, that temperature is fine. 80 might be a bit better.

My neighbor has put a grape harbor right outside my kitchen window it's about six foot away. Today he decides to dig a hole to install a telephone pole to anchor the harbor even closer to my house. HELP:(
Anything that "belongs" to your neighbor but is within your property line (or in your airspace) (imagine your property as a square which also extends skywards about 30 feet), actually belongs to you. If you moves any object onto your property and you ask him to remove it but he will not, you have the right to.

I keep getting a pop up saying I have low disk space. I have cleaned my computer as much as I know how, but I don't want to delete anything I shouldn't. Is there a program or hardware that expands disk space?
Right click on your hard drive, select properties, and look for an option that says "defragment hard drive" or something of the sort. If you defragment your hard drive, you may free up some space. Otherwise if you need more, you just have to start deleting stuff or get an external hard drive to store your information.

My boyfriend was issued a viscous dog ticket for my dog. We told the officer and he refused to change the name on the tickets. He said if the judge wanted to ammend it he could. Also our address is wrong. Will they throw it out of court?
No, the ticket is still valid. As dogs are not generally registered to their owner it makes it difficult to discern who the actual owner is, but he will have to appear in court where you can set the judge straight (correct the name and address on the ticket so that they won't charge you fines for not paying etc, when the papers are sent to the wrong house)

If a witness or accused appears in court wearing any of the following: (a) a hat, (b) a wig, (c) heavy makeup, (d) a niqab (full face covering), (e) facial bandage, or (f) a ski-mask, then do you think the judge should be entitled to demand its removal?
Only to verify his/her identity if it's a witness. If it's the accused, the disguise should be removed so long as it's medically possible (as in, if they really need bandages on, they need to leave them on. If it's to hide their face, then they must be removed.)

No. It's call a "first time home buyer credit" for a reason, namely being the fact that it is solely for first time home buyers.
You may only take advantage of this credit if you have only rented in the past and wish to now purchase a new home.

I invested $50,000 in an LLC to buy real estate. After 5 years everything is going well. I just glanced at the tax return to be filed and it says that my capital is listed as $48,000 now. I'm told it was due to depreciation. Howcan cash depreciate?
Cash doesn't depreciate, the real estate it bought does. Every year the money the real estate is worth will decrease by some percent based on formulas developed for that particular thing. If the value of the real estate increases you receive more money when it is sold, but the current value when you hold it will still decrease.
If you have yet to purchase any property but just have...

How do you know if you have usb 1 or usb 2?
what systems use usb 1 and why?
If your computer is over 4 years old, it may have USB 1.0, otherwise it is most likely 2.0. To check, just plug in a USB 2.0 device and see if it tells you that it is plugged into a slow port and that it would work faster if plugged into a USB 2.0 port. Or look in your system profiler. Only old computers and a bunch of digital cameras use USB 1.0 and only because they were created before USB...

I live in California and I have been denied employment due to a marijuana conviction which I recieved in 2004. In the employment package it clearly state that any marijuana convictions more than 2 years old need not be disclosed. Is this legal and if not,
Nope. I'd suggest discussing it with a lawyer first, prior to suing them to read over the contract etc, but that is not grounds for denial of employment. Unless it asked elsewhere in the application if you had been convicted of any offenses (not marijuana related) and you replied no.

I contacted a cop parked down the street for help. He came to my house. Car locked in garage. I was drinking the entire time he checked on a civil matter for me. 1/2 hour later he arrests me in my home for dui. He lied on report - said he "followed me"?
As long as you didn't enter the drivers seat of the car at any point, the cop shouldn't have a case. (though if he lies and says you were driving etc, it's just your word against his and you'll probably lose). Also if you were drinking when you went to ask him for help, it's illegal to have an open beverage container in public.

What do I have to do to stay within the requirements of Hyundai's 10-Year/100,000-mile warranty? I don't want to void it. My car was a gift (so I didn't get anything that explains this) and I can't find the answer on their website or via a Google search.
Your car will be out of warranty 10 years from the purchase date or if you drive it over 100,000k miles, whichever comes first.
