I have to say Acetaminophen. Ibuprofen has caused bad side effects on some people.

For my best friend, I believe that it would be Nickelback. He played a song by them over the phone once. They are one of my favorite bands.

One is emotional, one is physical. I'd say a broken heart. I imagine some people have lost interest in life because of a broken heart.
