My boyfriend calls me names like bitch, slut, whore, ugly, fat, skank, smelly, tramp, etc. But he says that he is just joking and he doesnt mean it.Well I dont take it as a joke, and I take very seriously.Do you think that Im overreacting?Would you take it as joke?
Personally I would take it as a joke, because my ex and I called each other names all the time.
However, if you actually have to question whether or not it is a joke, he's obviously not doing in a very joking manner.

Drink lots and lots of water hours before test. Take vitamin B pills (they make your urine yellow again). Exercise days before test. (THC is stored in your fat).
Answer to:
The use of marijuana is illegal in the u.s. but do you feel it is morally incorrect? Please give an explanation on your opinion.
There is no absolute answer to this question. For some people, it might be morally incorrect. I suspect though that it's permissible for most people. I like to think of myself as a psychonaut so it would be morally permissible for me. However, if, while I was under the influence, I grew angry and hurt others, it wouldn't be morally correct. It would be wrong.
It's a subjective...

You also need to realize how destructive eating disorders are. Bulimia causes your stomach to be messed up for years (I know from friends who were bulimic)...

Answer to:
I am happily engaged. However, on a drunken night, a girl I had just met gave me a friendly peck on the lips when I explained I was engaged, and I politely kissed her back. Is this cheating?
Hmm. Tell her what you did. That's my advice. This does answer your question, hear me out. If you explain it to her and she understands, it's not cheating. Tell her very apologetically. Hope this helps.
Answer to:
Is there a scientific or psychological reason why people enjoy different types of music?
I imagine it has a lot to do with upbringing. My parents like rock, so I like rock and all it's sub-genres. Of course some kids will rebel. So it has to do with your relationship with your parents. I'm sure there's literally thousands of variables for this and almost anything psychological.

How do you get a crush to notice you and maybe ask you out?
Generally if a person is attracted to you they'll act upon it, unless they're shy. So just make them aware that you're interested in them as a person. Let them know that you, yourself, are interesting.
Don't worry if he/she's not interested. Move on :).

My bf wants to make movie of me & him having sex. he did w/ other girls in past & swears he doesn't share w/other people. it has no intrinsic value to me & I don't want to. am I old-fashioned? real thing is not enough for him?
There's is nothing that requires you, as a girlfriend, to do that. If it's degrading to you, then don't do it. You are not old-fashioned. Old fashioned would be if you didn't want to hold hands with him.
Is the real thing not enough for him? I don't know, only he could answer that, ask him.
Hope that helped.

Is there a home remedy for idiocy? I seem to have a major outbreak...
Yes.
Start by looking for a case. It will probably be upright, there will be rectangular objects in this case. Open one of these. Try to decipher the strange markings. These are called letters. Read them, embrace the new knowledge you will acquire. This may seem very strange to you, but trust me, it will help.

Why is homosexuality not accepted by most Christians?
It is considered a sin by most Christians
because of years of tradition and mistranslating the Bible has lead them to believe so.
Other examples of this:
Slavery- People once considered slavery morally acceptable, even good, to own slaves. They also used the Bible to back this up.
Women's Right- Women used to be considered property. After that women were just considered inferior to...

Why don't people ever put the existance of John the Baptizer in question?
I suppose because he isn't of great importance. Not saying that he isn't important, but if he didn't exist it wouldn't exactly make the Christian religion untrue.
The same reason Moses' existence is never called into question.

How can find happiness within myself before moving on to another relationship?
Discover yourself. Find out who YOU are. What do YOU care about. If you don't know who you are, it is very hard to know who you would work well with.
You can achieve this goal by taking a day off and thinking. Think about what you like, what you dislike, what you want to accomplish with your life, what you don't want to accomplish with your life.
You can also take up a...

Who believes in the spiritual world, and in good and evil?
I think it would be hard not to believe in SOMETHING supernatural and still be well in the head. A great man once said, I forget who (but he was important), "If God were not real it would be necessary to invent him."
The human soul craves for something other, something that gives meaning. For some this is God, or gods, or ghosts, or aliens. Even the most devout atheist probably...

Me and my girlfriend have different interests and have been going out for 15 months, no problems.
Sure it's good to have SOME things in common, that way you can have some equal ground, but it would be very boring if you had EVERYTHING in common.

As a child, what provided you with a sense of security? With your mother, sisters or bothers, and friends
I'm still a 'child' I suppose(16). When I was little I always had a deep sense of security with my father. He was the one who scared away the monsters. He was the one who told me he would be outside my room guarding me from them. He was the one who gave me Ritz crackers when I was hungry on car trips :)
Today I get a sense of security from my girlfriend of 15 months....

The bible states honor thy father and mother. Suppose they are very evil, then should this still apply?
Yes. Though honoring doesn't unnecessarily mean obey them. If they ask you to do something 'evil' or immoral you are not required to do so. If they ask you to clean your room you are.
Like the story of Shadrack, Meshack, and Abednego (I probably didn't spell them right). The king asks them to bow down to his image, they refuse. Did God frown on this? No! When they were...
