BC Powder... migranes come on for different reasons. Usually driving in the dark for long periods with lights in my face from passing cars. Stress brings on migranes as well.

I quite smoking four years ago. It was hard. The most important thing is to break habits. If you smoke while you drink coffee, skip the coffee so you don't want that cigarette. There could be several different things wrong with your foot. It could be arthritis due to the injury. Another thing that causes pain is Gout which comes on from trauma or damage to the foot. Cracked bones but this usually would be healed after 2 yrs. unless you have constantly walked on it.

In most of these older vehicles the heater core is behind the dash on the passengers side. Check the floor board with the heater on to see if there is antifreeze or water dripping into the floor on the passenger side. If there is, that is where your heater core is located.
