Please Help if youre not kidding, maybe i can help.. --do this, put just a bit of colgate regular toothpaste on to your toothbrush, wet it, then brush your tongue, the farther back you brush without hurting yourself the better. do this 3times when brushing your teeth, brush your tongue 3 times for like 20 seconds each time... this works!!!
