Yes I have heard of that, a few years back in Australia there was a similiar story, where you had a voicemail, you called it only to be charged some horrible amount when it answered. Same moral of the story I guess don't call back numbers you don't know.

You can keep one in your purse in case of hyperventilation (it really helps) You can use it in kids craft to make hair, just snip almost the whole way up the the bag many times. You can make a face mask for the kids toys and they can pop into on the teddy head etc I use them for storing...
