it doesnt matter. legal or not...it's already everywhere and nobody cares except SOME cops. Just start a massive campaign of jury nullification regarding anti-marujuana law enforcement. If they can no longer prosecute people they will be forced to legalize it. That's how it was done with alchohol prohibition.

I would say it's a great thing if managed properly. Which is easy to do with marijuana. I use it for recreation as well as medicinal purposes. I think you pretty much nailed the definition of true happiness. And the reason why so many people are about misery is because they probably grew up in a dysfuntional environment or had been abused in some way.
