I would also add that when you suggest a topic, you do a quick search in AB for the topic you hope to suggest. Yes, President Bush wants us to reduce our energy usage, yet he continually threatens to reduce or veto Amtrak funding. Rail transportation is the most fuel efficient of all transit modes. If we had increased passenger rail transit in the U.S. then we could cut our energy dependence. So zeroing out Amtrak's budget leads me to believe Bush is not serious.
