If it's cooked right, it should be good. If you don’t know how to cook it, it’s not going to be very good. I made a pretty good chocolate-tofu pie a few weeks ago. It didn’t taste like tofu at all; it just made the texture smooth and a bit custard like. It's really best cooked in stir-fry with soy sauce and sesame oil.
