No. But they do a decent job of trying to get it right. Everything is open for restructuring if errors are found and can be subtantiated. At least that is how I see it. Regardless, I will often find other sources if the issue is that important to me.

Anything can become constitutional if it passes the test in court. Once struck down does not mean it cannot be reformulated in a different package. Just look at the many attempts, failed and successful, to limit abortions over the years. Personally I am in favor of line item veto.

Your question made me think. My motives were selfish for sure, but they eveolved into soemthing more as I helped to bring a child into adulthood. The only possible non-selfish thing(and I am sure it is debatable) would be we just cannot help oursleves. It is a biological insistence to reproduce.
