How do I get out of these payday loan scams? They are taking all my money and leaving me with nothing, leaving me to live in the red!

Loans suck, and so does credit card debt, but I have to say that I have used payday loans in the past and was just fine. It takes a lot of discipline and planning ahead, but I know that you can do it.

Yup. I have some credit card debt and I owe my parents money for a loan they gave me while I was still in school.

Pay the minimum payment plus whatever else you can throw at it. Just paying the minimum will get you nowhere fast. I get paid twice a month, so to help chip away at my own credit card debt, I pay the minimum plus a little out of my first check and then whatever I can spare out of my second....

Thank goodness yes, now. I try to sack away some of each paycheck into an emergency fund just in case.

YES. I'm not even 30 yet and looking back I wish that I could do so many things differently because when you're little you have so much TIME to do whatever you want to. And school is fun! But kids don't appreciate it until they get old and look back and wish that they could do...

Um ... YES. It's like they are going out of their way to point out that you were left out of something, and there is always the chance that you didn't even know it was going on. What a meanie. Although, the office I work in now is small enough that no one gets left out.

I don't mind so much as long as the family members call the extension of the family member they want to talk to. If it got to be excessive, I would probably say something to whomever they are calling. Plus, they're at WORK. Not really the time for chatting on the phone all day...

Like crap. And while I would like to think that I would go over and say something to them, I know that I wouldn't. I probably would just make a huge show of leaving the kitchen so that they realize that I could hear them.

It sounds like you are the guy she runs to when she is feeling lonely. I have some friends like this too ... it sucks. Personally, I would tell you to cut her out of your life. It's not fair that she should expect you to be at her beck and call, when she feels like she has the time. ...

I have cheated on my boyfriend, and he in turn has cheated on me. It sucked and was hard, but we knew that it was something that we wanted to work through. I think the best way to deal with this would be to talk to him about it. Explain what happened, why you didn't tell him, etc.,...
