I signed up for a 6 month gym membership, but I don't know a lot of different workouts and I don't want to make a fool of myself in front of a bunch of guys. Can anyone give me some links, or some exercises that I can look up. I think if your not familiar with a lot of the equipment, it would be best to use a trainer. Most likely they will also take measurements (body fat, etc) so you can track your progress which is great. I dated a girl who was awesome in every aspect but she had a slight "pudge in the middle". I work out all the time so I just mentally couldn't get past the fact and I did not find it attractive at all. I'm not trying to be shallow but it affected me mentally. So, I just broke up w/ her and now I'm the lonely single again.
