Add food coloring to the water and fill the jar halfway with it, then fill the jar the rest of the way with either baby oil, paint thinner or salad oil.thatS all there is to it....

I think it has to do with teenage rebelliousness- if you think about it, most of these phrases are invented and used by kids at an age where they are trying to create an identity separate from their parents. What better way than to make up your own language? And we've all done it-Think...
