iIt should not be illegal. If most people love their country, they will take the flag as the highest symbolism of where they live, only a very very very small percentage of people would burn it. To make a law JUST for those people, I don't know if it is the most practical thing to do.

Maybe because the U.S. is mostly familiar with the Bible and people like to be scared with things that they are familiar with (the apocalypse, the end of the world, catastrophic events) because they unite people. Catastrophy unites people.

Because people who drink alcohol are the majority, and people who don't are a very small minority. Hence, minorities loose. It's a democracy.
