Mine did that too, I do know that uninstalling then reinstalling does not work (or did not work for me at least). I've been told I have a poor graphics card that needs to be updated if I want to have real walls.
Although I kind of like the constant stobe party...just add a techno beat for a rave.

Would you consider adopting a child from a foreign country? Why or Why not?
I don't think adopting from another country is wrong, my (single) aunt recently adopted my cousin from China and I think it's great. But I do question why one would go through the time, trouble, and money to adopt outside their homeland when there are kids here who need to be adopted. I recognize that in some countries conditions are worse and there are more children in need, but I...

Who's telling the truth? TR Knight or Issiah Washington (from Grey's Anatomy) regarding the racial slur (or lack of racial slur)?
From what I've read and heard, sounds like the whole cast was told to keep mum on the subject and plaster happy smiles on their faces. Whats the most worst day that you had in your entire life time?(Explain Whats so bad about it)
My worst day was last year. My dad cracked, he was under a lot of stress, and decided to take it out on my entire family. He just shouted at all of us for a while, he got very personal, made me and my mom cry. It got so bad I had to take my little sister out of the house, I didn't want her to witness that. Our relationship hasn't been the same as I haven't really forgiven him.

Yes! In many of my dreams I find it very hard to see, and also experience tiredness. I actually appreciate brutally honest people. I think there's a difference between being brutally honest but cruel, and just being brutally honest. So many people these days lie just to make people feel better, but this comes back to get them in the end. Brutally honest people probably are more lonely, though.

Usually I argue mostly for argument's sake. I like to think that people are mostly good, regardless of society. skinny jeans and heels look really chic with leg warmers as long as you keep it simple on top i.e. no bold colors and no crazy designs or accessories. they would also do well with opaque tights or leggings (if you've got the leg warmers on, no one can tell the difference anyway) with the same simple-on-top rule.

Answer to:
What color of dress should I wear with my gold shoes and accessories?
i think it depends a lot on your skin color. if you have dark skin, white would look really fresh with the gold. but if you have lighter skin, i would go for a black.
i also think colors as loud as gold, i.e. brilliant emerald green or bright red (if you're up for it) would look really good too. experimenting with gold can end up looking really chic if done correctly.

Boyfriend of 4 years, two kids confessed toa few one night stands he said he realized he loves me and no one else,he said that life isn't complete with out me,should i give him a second chance?
He sounds pretty sincere. The fact that he fessed up shows he is feeling guilty. I would recommend going to couple's counselling just to be sure he's committed. Four years is a lot to walk away from.

Why hasn't anyone suggested collaging? It's probably one of the better ways to waste a Sunday. I have stacks and stacks of magazines just in case I feel the urge.

What are simple easy to make meals for a person who is just learning how to cook?
I would guess that simple staples like pasta (with various sauces, of course) or chicken variations would be a good way to start out. It's pretty hard to screw up spaghetti :). I'd check out foodnetwork.com, many of their shows are based on simplicity of meals and there are a ton of recipies on there from their shows.
Good luck and bon appetit!

I want to apply for a job that requires skills for Microsoft Excel. I know some things about the program but not a lot. What are the basic things I need to learn to successfully use Excel?
It's really hard to explain without having you and the program right in front of me. I would recomment playing with it, learning by doing. That's what I did when I had to learn it to pass my high school proficiency requirement.
Also, http://www.usd.edu/trio/tut/excel/ seems to be a pretty comprehensive tutorial.
Once you get the hang of it, Excel is sooo useful.

I have a profile on myspace, and alot of guys have sent me emails asking me out on dates and asking me to meet them around the same time, and I have said yes to alot of them. Is this wrong to go out with all of these guys at the same time or is it okay?
I think when you're just starting out it's okay to be 'dating' more than one person. This could get ugly if the guys are under the impression that you are completely single.
What is wrong however, is that fact that you are meeting these people from MySpace. You've probably never met any of these people. For all you know, one of those guys could be fifty year old...

When you're done crying, what is the best song to feel better with?
maybe an obligatory country song...you can laugh at the pain that they're feeling and how insignificant your own pain is compared to theirs. i mean, their wife AND their dog?

My high school teacher keeps calling me stupid and tells me to shut up and "stop bitching." This woman has also asked another student to try and beat me up. What of this woman's poor behavior is illegal?
I know nothing of Arizona law (seeing as I live no where near Arizona). I do know that what she is doing is either a) a joke or b) not a joke.
I warn you that if she is joking and you're just taking it to wrong way, a lot of people are not going to like you.
But if she is actually a nasty person (one can easily observe this through how other students feel about her) then I would...
Answer to:
How are the atomic masses for the elements on the periodic table determined?
Neutrons, protons, and electrons all have an estimated mass (expressed in the SI unit 'amu' or atomic mass unit). Electrons' masses are so small that we consider it insignificant. An atom's mass, then, is the mass of it's protons added to the mass of it's neutrons. Generally, this is close to the number of protons and the number of neutrons added together...

How do I deal with a teachers imcompetence?
Seeing as I have dealt with many an incompetent teacher (oh the stories I could tell...) I can definately answer this question.
The best thing anyone can do in that situation is to play the teacher's game. Put as much energy as possible into pleasing that teacher. If they ask for papers to be written a certain way, write that paper following their directions to the letter. If you get...

Do you think that abortion is murder?
Yes. For me, a person is a person at conception - meaning as soon as that sperm and that egg are connected, that is a living human being.
Many people don't agree with this idea - perhaps even most people. The question is where do you draw the line. Is the baby a person when it forms a brain? When it's mother is in her third trimester? These questions can never be answered, so...

What does it meant when you dream about falling or heights?
are you referring to those dreams you have right before you are about to fall alseep when suddenly you fall and jolt awake with like a full-on body spasm?
those occur when your muscles begin to relax in preparation for sleep. your brain recognizes this feeling as falling, and it quickly tries to get your body to do something about it.
but if you're talking about regular old dreams...

Why do some people find reading boring?
personally i find it boring because it's too hard to focus on. movies and tv are more interesting because they're grabbing multiple senses. reading takes time and more thought.
it's funny, like six years ago i was the biggest reader - i was reading constantly. then i just kind of stopped. i guess i grew out of it or something.

How can you communicate with a naturally stubborn smart-alecky person?
i think it depends how close you are. people like this will tend to not listen and try very hard to ignore someone who is telling them something they don't want to hear. if you sit them down and try to level with them as seriously as possible (preferrably in a private place) that may help. the situation is supposed to be a little uncomfortable for both of you, so that they may let down...

Can I count on Wikipedia as a reliable source?
no website is truly reliable since there is no way to verify. i would usually trust wikipedia, especially those articles which are extensive and dripping with useless info. i would not recommend officially citing wiki for any information. i would, however, read it's article/articles on the subject/subjects before doing any other research to get good background knowledge.

In about middle or high school, if I gazed at a girl for more than 5 seconds while she was turned away, she'd swiftly turn to check. This indicates that she somehow 'sensed' that I was gazing at her. How could she possibly know?
have you ever caught someone absently looking your way? it happens more than you may think. most people think nothing of it. i can't explain this in facts, but i do believe that people can just sense that energy being focused on them somethimes.

Is it possible to lose 30 pounds in 65 days with strict diet and exercise?
That sounds an awful lot like starvation...if you or someone you know has lost that much weight that quickly I would definately talk to a doctor. True, diet and excercise can help you lose even more than thirty pounds, but losing that much in 65 days is near impossible and not at all healthy.

I've had this dream for two nights in a row. I dream that there's this guy that I don't think I like who asks me out. I eventually yes by the end of the dream and then we make out. What does this mean?
Sometimes in dreams, I have found, your sub-conscious or whatever uses symbols to represent what you really want. You may not like this guy 'that way', but he may remind you of someone you do like, or else he has certain qualities that you find attractive. Try to think of what this guy means to you - you you like his sense of humor, or is he really brave? It also may just be...

Answer to:
Why do people talk bad about each other?
By knocking somebody else, we in turn make ourselves feel better about...ourselves.
"Becky is such a dork. Thank god I'm not as dorky as Becky."
It boosts your own self-confidence (somewhat artificially) by creating biased standards based on that person's behavior/appearance/whatever.

Hi, I am 17 and would like to become a Goth...however I didn't do very well in school and want to go to college..maybe to study drama. But can people be both Goths and actors/actresses? can I be both? Are there any famous actresses who are Goth/gothic
You can't 'become' a goth. You are whatever you want to be. You shouldn't need a cliched label to define yourself.
That being said, you can label youself whatever you want and still be successful, and long as you work hard and believe you can.

If you are strongly against smoking, drugs, excessive drinking, and then you find out that someone who you love and who you've always looked up to did all those things, how would you feel? Will you still look at that person the same way?
No. Seeing as I am a person strongly against the aforementioned things, I just wouldn't be able to have much respect for them. To me, substance abuse is one of the most irresponsible and immature things a person can do. It tells me that they are either insanely insecure (if following a crowd) or just really stupid.
