I'm not the flashiest or most technical guitar player, but I really do LOVE the guitar. Is flashiness or technical ability all that matters nowadays, or can someone who lacks the ability to "shred" but who genuinely loves to play still be appreciated?
I've had lots of problems performing in front of people
for the same reasons you mention. I love guitar and I'm good but not a shredder. There were a lot of people that enjoyed my playing this weekend and not one of them got up and left.

I am making homemade tomato soup, and grilled cheese samys with fresh baked bread, what kind of cheese do you suggest, other than processed american, albeit delish?

What's the best acoustic guitar for a beginner?
I have been playing guitar over 40 years and I am writing a beginner guitar website.
Don't buy a beginner guitar based only on what other people say is the best.
Do buy the best guitar you can afford, quality guitars sound better and are easier to play.
There are thousands of different guitars out there and to know which one to buy is a personal decision based on your own musical...
