I was told that you don't have to perform many reps with arms and shoulders since they are involved in every part of your upper body workout. Is that true? Well, it depends on what you are going for. If you are going for muscle mass then a high weight with few reps is the way to go. If you are going for just tone then 12 reps and a weight you can lift is fine. But, it can be true in some cases. I prefer performing 8-12 reps on every body part. I don't see the point to lifting less on the upper body.

Has anyone been on a Carnival cruise? Yes, I've been on 11 Carnival Cruises and I'm 18 years old. The rest are Royal Caribbean cruises. I've been going on Royal Caribbean a lot lately. Carnival was for when I was younger.

Take him to talk to a specialist. Show him people who have changed sexes are how it effects the rest of your life. Make sure he understands the procedures that you have to go through.
