Whichever you think it is explain why please. there is another bmi on the internet which takes into account your body fram- small, medium, large. i am 5ft 2 and weigh 57kilos (i think that about 130lbs) but it always says im over weight! however i have a medium frame (cuz im not overly petite) and i have lots of muscle so this bmi works better for me. though dont take it too seriously cuz it still doesnt take into account muscle mass!

What makes a person beautiful? i think it comes from the inside. we can all name superficial beauty- models, celebrities etc. even just people walking in the street. but the people who are beautiful inside...they end up being the most beautiful people in the world. inside and out. their beauty can outdo any 'superficial' model type. their percieved flaws become perfections
