I am going to turn on the TV shortly to see how Obama's speech to the children went today and I want an objective view. Should I watch FOX or MSNBC? I would suggest you read the speech as written and make your own decision. Not saying the media is biased either way, but if you read it in entirety you can make your own decision about whether you would want your kids to hear it.

This way if blow out, I could control car better. Is this true? The best tires should be the ones that steer the vehicle. If a back tire blows out, it ain't no big deal. If one on the steering axle blows, you have a problem. For that reason it is forbidden for truckers to put retreads on the front axle.
