Two problems started concurrently: the horn doesn't work, and when I replace the 20A fuse and then press the horn, it clicks a few times and then blows the fuse. Also the car won't shift. My car vibrates violently if i brake at speeds past 35. I put new shocks in my car, and nothing changed. The previous owner had installed a lowered adjustable suspension. I dont know what to fix.It has real bad handling and bounces over the slightest bump Between auto school and turning wrenches on the clock, I have seen many cars with dried out and worn bushings on the control arms and other suspension pieces. This seemed to be more prone on the cheaper japanese imports. Hope this helps. If you get access to an auto lift, you should be able to wiggle things(loose or worn parts) around and get a good view in there with a pen light.
