Do you feel more shy when alone with someone, or in a crowd? In a crowd... It's hard for me to open up to a lot of people because all their attention isn't normally directed to me, which I don't really mind. When I'm alone with someone, we have each others undivided attention (normally) and it's just easier. But it all comes down to who the people are.

If it is something small/insignificant, I prefer to be at peace because I know I'm right (if I am) and that's all that would really matter. What activities bring you peace, in times of stress? When I need time to think, reflect and just get away from stress, I go out for a nice, long, walk by myself, just listening to music. It calms me down and allows me to think without being under pressure. I go to the gym, it helps me keep my mind on other things than what is causing me stress.
