I am currently experiencing anti-depressant withdrawls. does anyone here have experience with this and/or advice? I'm comming off my anti depressents and find two things. 1. i still get upset(as like before the drugs) but I do not stay upset as long. its easyer to rationlize the situation. 2. I feel dizzy or light head but its like being dizzy all over my body. I take 1/4 tablet every 2nd day and the dizzy stops. hope this helps
