Only with permission. If neither of you care, then talk away. Discuss it first. If only some things are OK, be sure to disscuss CLEARLY what the boundries are. If one person does not like the idea of it being discussed with other people, then that perserson should respect the other enough not to talk about it.

Does stretching before a workout really prevent injury?
"Yes" is conventional wisdom, and although it is a little more complicated.
Stretching helps produce nitric oxide, which is what actually helps prevent injuries. Since stretching itself is not the real benefit, new research has shown that "no" can be the case as well: http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2006-04/aps-isp040206.php

Do public defenders work for the accused, or the court in which they work?
Public Defenders work for the jurisdiction of the court, financed by taxpayer's dollars. However, they are legally obligated to provide all avenues of protection under the law for their client, and ethically defend them in court; this is also in their best interest to do so. Public Defenders work for a Public Defense office, not for the Prosecution's Office.

Did Lindsey Lohan really get caught trying to lip sync?
There are plenty of pop artists who can sing and perform killer dance routines live on stage (and still sound good). Korean pop artist BoA is one example. Artists of these kinds have very thorough exericise routines and stay in very good shape to be able to accomplish this. In my opinion, artists who use the above reason as an excuse to lip-sync do not show true talent. ANYONE can make...

In the movie Collateral, what is the significance of the wolf that runs across the highway?
The animal is actually a coyote (but wolf is also sufficient).
The coyote/wolf symbolizes Vincient, the assassin. In the making-of documentary found in the movie DVD special features, the director's only remark about the scene goes something like, "I was in LA once when some coyotes crossed an intersection, stopping all the traffic. And there's just something commanding about...

I have the thin PS2. When I play a game for a few hours, it gets really loud and hot. A friend told me that his thin PS2 fried after leaving it on for a long time. Does this happen a lot?
The slim PS2 does get very hot after a while, even more so with a mod chip if you have one. What you should do is prop it up with DVD cases on each side or something on each end so the bottom is not completely on the surface.

Why are ping pong paddles two different colors?
The International Table Tennis Federation mandates that the surface of the covering of a racket's blade must be bright red on one side and black on the other side, so that players can tell which side of the blade their opponent has used to hit the ball.
Many players use different types of rubber on each side of the paddle, often having very different characteristics. Prior to this...

I've done the "Ice Cold Killa" mission to kill jizzy. I think I picked up the phone, it said mission passed. Walkthroughs tell me to wait for a call from ceasar but there has been no call for days. What should I do?
That's an unfortunate bug (coding mistake in game you can not fix yourself, only update/patch can fix this) that prevents progressing in the game. You have no other chance than load your last game and try it again. Luckily the mission is not that hard to get through.

Is there a difference between anti-aging and anti-wrinkle creams?
Here's something to think about: if there really was such a product don't you think that everyone would run out and buy that particular brand that produced results. I don't think any of the products on the market are capable of penetrating the skin deep enough to actually make a permanent change. But hope springs eternal.

How do "truth" serums work?
I am no expert. But I have read a book about common myths. There is no drug which will make a person freely tell nothing but the truth. An elder of the Greek community once said "In wine, there is truth" but alcohol makes it slightly difficult to tell one's delusions from their truths. In fact, some truth serums (like the one mentioned earlier) have made people admit to...

PS2 games are in DVD format, so can I use them on my DVD player or PC with a DVD drive?
If by "use", you mean "play", then the short answer is no. A DVD player is incapable of doing anything more than showing DVD movies (Well, maybe more, depending on your player, but it certaintly can't play games.)
On a PC with a DVD-ROM, you can read the disc and look at the files. If you have suitable facilities, such as Muzzle Flash Audio, you can also rip...

If it is not stated in a review of the game somewhere, you will have to check on the back of the actual package. The logo(s) will be near the bottom, just above the player/memory card/etc information, and next to the media information (whether it is DVD- or CD-ROM).
