Why is the number "13" considered an "unlucky" number?
The number 13 has been considered unlucky for a long time, and by people all over the world. The early Romans thought 13 was a sign of death and destruction. And according to Norse mythology, if you sat 13 people down at a table, that was very unlucky. (Why? At a banquet of 12 people in Valhalla, an intruder –number 13 – caused the death of Balder’s son Odin). The number of people at the last...

Do belly buttons piercings hurt? What is the risk of infection?
I've had my belly button pierced for 3 years and honestly, I would say it does hurt for around 10 seconds. When the needle initially enters and breaks the skin and when it exits through the other side, is when it hurts the most. Once the piecer removes the needle, the pain immediatley stops. You can choose to have a local anesthetic which will completely take the pain away and you wont...

Does Caller ID identify callers using cell phones?
I'm from Australia so I don't know if our phones operate in the same manner. Here in Australia, out caller ID does identify users using cell phones unless the caller has set their cell phone on "private" or "no number sending". This means that when they call, "private number" will appear on your screen. This is the same for landline telephones. You can...

When choosing a cell phone, how can I make sure it will get good reception?
The Nokia mobile phone brand is by far the best. It has the best reception. The worst reception is Samsung, they have not yet perfected the 'internal antenna' technology. Although the reception is affected by the phone itself, the company that you choose to be connected with is also very important. Investigate the company's coverage and talk to some current customers of a...

I have pale skin and when I exercise my face gets red. Is there anything I can do to stop this?
Unfortunatley, this is unavioidable. The only way to cover this is by tanning. The natural sun and solariums would be the best choice as spray-on tans and self-tanning solutions fade and run. Everybody's face will turn red when experiencing exhasution, so it's only natural. So i suggest tanning, this will blend the redness in more and not make it look so noticable and embarassing....

How can a regular guy meet and date a rock star?
Ok, two straightfoward answers:
1) It's to hard for a 'regular guy' to get anywhere near a rockstar with the security these days and they probably wouldn't take notice anyway. And
2) The rockstar would think you were just using them for their money and totally disregard you.
Sorry, but its one chance in a million!

Will Maggie ever speak again?
Maggy has spoken numerous times on the simpsons, but not necessarily her own voice! The only time she has spoken is when she called Homer "Dada". The intention of the show is to keep Maggie Simpson a mystery and not a main character. This is shown in the episode where Lisa is marrying that British guy in the future and Maggie is about to sing at the wedding but it doesn't happen.

This will work, however some people interpret lyrics wrong and assume certain lyrics are something they are not. To avoid...
