I dont think its cheating. if there's no intention of sex than no. BUT cheating comes in different forms. physical is the obvious one, but emotional cheating is cheating also. a situation like that is tricky b/c lots of people turn to sex for comfort. if she's your friend and you comfort her as a friend and nothing more, than i wouldn't see it as cheating either.
