My LOOOAAADED potatoes!! Homemade mashed potatoes (with or without skin...I like to use red potatoes but that's just me :-) ) Add the usual (butter, milk, salt, pepper). Then I add sour cream, chedder cheese, chives, and bacon. Mix it all together to let the cheese melt. Mmmmmmm!!!
