I HATE SPIDERS. THEY LOOK LIKE THEY ARE JUST NOTHING BUT LEGS.CREEPY

Answer to I am diabetic. My doctor says I should walk briskley 30-40 minutes 4 to 5 times a week. My sister thinks this isn't enough exercise! Who is right, the doctor or my sis? I am just starting out, and haven't done much exercise in the past.

I would listen to the Doctor. He has been to college and medical school where your sister has not. Plus yur Doctor is starting you out at a safe pace for you. Where your sister might have you walking 7 days a week for up to 6 hours a day which is not good. Tell your sister when she becomes a...
