I would stay out of Holyoke. Northampton is kinda expensive cuz of all the college kids. Move outside of Springfield and you are 10 minutes from NoHo and 20 minutes from Hartford. Southwick is nice!

Quebec depends on those transfer payments, they would never stand alone without a lot of outside support(from U.N. or France). Western Canada has also been wanting independence from Ontario & Quebec(whose love affair takes is above all else!)
