What are some strategies to help stop thinking constantly about your ex? For me it would be getting busy, as in pack as many things as you can everyday as much as possible. When I say that I mean taking up something new to get you distracted. For me, it's cooking, doing martial arts by night, going to work and school. An everyday process...every now and then you'll get a flashback, but it's something it'll eventually happen.
