I'm not asking this to be mean, so relax. I'm just curious. For those of you with a weight problem, what do you think is the biggest contributor? Stress? Self-esteem? Poverty? Medications? A desk job? ... I'm not over weight, just heavier than I'd like to be (typical female), but for me the biggest contributor to my excessive eating is the fact that I don't work. Being able to sit at home all day and snack while watching tv is too easy not to pass up.

I am severely depressed and can't afford meds or a doctor or therapist. I have no insurance, no family. All I have is my 1 yr old son and his father for support. What do I do before its becomes uncontrolable? Since depression is chemical you really have to go to the doctor and get medication. There is really nothing else to "cure" it. Try reducing the stress in your life and see if that helps at all. Good luck

My husband, who is in the Navy has a friend that is a Navy Seal and does 10 crunches a minute for an hour every day. Should an area rug be completely different than the sofa or is it a personal preference? I think it all depends on your taste. I would prefer someone that at least somewhat matches the decor of my house.

I recently got my tragus pierced 3weeks ago and i want to change it so badly but it hurt whenever i try and take of the back piece! i also clean it with alcohol at least two times a day. When i wake up and when im about to go to bed. Is that good enough? You should NOT be using alcohol on the piercing! There are solutions you can use that are made for piercings. If you do not want to spend $15 on a bottle that you might not use again then use warm water and sea salt. You should try to clean the piercing 3 or 4 times a day and don't play with it and twist it around. Try try tryyyy to wait 4 weeks before changing it.

Insurance covered the fixing of my septum and since I was already going under the knife my parents just paid to get a cosmetic rhinoplasty as well. I love it!

I'd have to say that the tongue piercing was probably one of the least painful things I have endured. Definately does not hurt as bad as a tattoo. Three months later they have called requesting the funds back, do I have to reimburse them? I would say yes. A few years ago I got $2500 deposited into both my checking and savings accounts and had no idea where it came from. My dad told me not to spend it because if the bank found out their mistake they would just take it back (& if it wasn't there, I'd get overdrafted). Needless to say, after months of not using it, I did and have never heard anything about it.
