In addition to using Proactiv, what soap should I use for my face? when i was using proactive i used Dove soap to wash my face first, jut quickly and mostly around my eyes to get my makeup off. Dove does not dry my skin out or make it feel oily. then i used proactive as normal. Proactive is not meant to go near your eyes, so using dove to wahsy my make up off worked perfectly.

How can I get pretty waves with rollers (perferably Velcro) like this girl's hair? do get your hair to lool like that would be best done with a straightner... I use a GHD straigtner and after a bit of practise you can learn to cirlyour hair... nice waves like that or tight curls!

How do I do that? on the tool bar at the top go to INSERT then to CROSS REFERENCE. if you are using all the same formatting for headings of sections ect this will b quite easy. although I think you can just add in a page number cross reference.
