If art is all about view and perspective then can an art teacher really grade your art as wrong? Provided of course you stay on subject.
All I know is how to mark art GCSE. First off, research is meant to be done, and you get points for that. Then the techniques you use that you have learnt can also add some points. The actual art itself cannot be marked down. WHat really gets you the marks however, is stating your inspiration, how that art came to be, how it is presented and effects the audience etc. etc. But that is just art GCSE

I can't accept a compliment to save my life. It takes everything I have to fake it, let alone actually just accept it. I don't like accepting there is anything nice about me, and I know that is weird because most people crave compliments. It just seems so hollow.
Also, I can't rollerblade. Anyone who would like to teach me is welcome to!

Is the tuna in Brine or oil? Either way tuna alone is not particularly healthy (though brine is beter as not as fatty as oil). However, balanced with cat biscuits, it is fine according to my vet, although cat food is more advisable. It's all my cat eats, in brine and biscuits, and she's perfectly healthy.

What is your, inner most, biggest FEAR in life ? not what you are afraid of but what you deep down inside fear will happen or not happen?
I'm constantly afraid of doing whatever it is I do that hurts people. That turns them on me.That destroys the person they were and creates something intent on causing as much pain onto me as possible.
I'm afraid that one day, the only person who actually loves me, I will do the same to. That he'll either just disappear on me, or turn on me, or just resent me. I'm afraid...

You know... I doubt he would really care. It's just their symbol of worship, and if it was a real problem to him, I am sure he'd of made it known to them before now. I guess it just shows they remember. Which I reckon he'd think is a good thing. Answer to:
How polite are people in your country, in your opinion? Are they politer than other places you have been?
The people? Actually, against the stereotype the Brits seem to have been given, the vast majority are not polite, nor do they actually value politeness in anyway. What fools many into thinking we are polite is because many have this thing where they won't complain about something because 'they don't want to make a fuss'. This makes us seem polite as we will let things go by...

Describe to me your facial features
Heart shaped, slightly defined cheekbones (according to my Aunt Jan), blue eyes with a sort of sunken, drug taker/starved look, small lips that look really wonky on the left side, rather large triangular nose with a bobble thing going on like a wolly hat on the end, roundish chin, small ears (not pierced or stick out, but then again there is a lot of hair to hide them), average sized forehead,...

Right now I am happy, because I have had a rather nice evening, as evenings go.

Well, no. Discriminating against races has no menaing, as 'race' is a human construction. We are all of one race, the human one. There is no reason to discriminate at all. Boxers, Briefs, or Boxer-Briefs?
I myself prefer boxers. My dad is a gentleman og the brief/speedo/sequin thong wearing variety, and I have seen QUITE enough of that to know I do not like it. Boxer briefs give a little more support, so I'm not against them. It's just when I am wearing guys underwear (yes, I do forget to look at the packets when I buy underwear and end up with blokes underwear from time to time) I...

What the hell? The penalty box?! What is that, like a naughty step or something? Oh dear God what is the world coming to? Ab Staff, what the hell?! As much as I love you guys, we are not toddlers, and MissyB from my seeing has no reason to be in a bloody penalty box!

Why do Christians post Christian responses to Jewish questions in the Jewish section? Why then do other users then rate up these answers (which are nothing a form of Christian proselytizing) when they do not correctly answer the question?
I think the main reason is the fact that they either don't read the question, don't look at the catagory, or just thick.

The best answer is be yourself. Who cares if you are a 'little chubby'? If you have a future together, then he will like you anyway. Real love can see past these things you know. You can't make someone like you. You can't force love. Just be you, because if you have a future, thn that is who he wants, you, just the way you are

I think the trust your friend has in you is important. When a person is abused, having someone you trust to talk to is essential. I know that makes it hard for you, because watching someone you care about in so much pain at the hands of another person is awful. But the thing is, she trusts you, and to betray that trust would hurt her a lot.

You would write the bible as you would any other book, by writing down the stories, philosophies, thought and ideas in a logical order. The bible is about the Christian beliefs, stories and morals they live by. A very large chunk is about Jesus. There is nothing wrong with using the bible as a guidline in your life, many people do.

Do you hate a certain city or country? If so, which one?
I hate Bracknell, UK. Voted 3rd worst city of 2004 by 'Britain's Crappest Towns', it seems many people agree with me. Bracknell is an industrial town, 'rejuvinated' in the 1960s by some truely terrible design. It's the land of the concrete, the bored, and anyone who loves a good roundabout. There are thousands of estates, both private and council, so the same damn...

Did you/Will you write your own wedding vows?
If I ever get married, I doubt I'd go to the planning to decide. My plan if I ever do get married is go in jeans and a tshirt with an oil smear on my face and no shoes to the cheapest drive through wedding parlour very drunk. If I don't remember it, it doesn't really matter. It'd be better actually. I don't like the idea of weddings and marriage much, so if I forget I...

Truthfully... yes. I know I shouldn't get annoyed, but I do. People are only trying to be nice, nice to me and make me 'better'. I know it's a hell of a lot harder for them to try and do so when they haven't got a clue what is wrong. But if I wanted their help, if I needed it, I would tell them.

I need the majority of people to be at least an elbow's length away from me. I can tolerate my mum and my sister closer, not touching me but closer. Other than that it has to be an elbow (good thing about that is if they get too close, you can always just elbow them out the way)

My dad's old milkfloat. Not really up to many high speed car chases (32 MPH max) and you had to charge it every three hours to get anywhere, but if you liked being cold and freezing your arse off all night delivering milk to people too lazy to get their own then it was perfect. Oddly, I actually liked the milk float. My dad used to sit me on his lap and let me pretend to drive. *sigh* oh...

See, you say things like better and safer. Better and safe do not always go hand in hand you know. Sometimes the biggest risk isn't taking one. Why? There are a scary amount of people in the world who have been subjected to the above, and there are many on here who have been through it too. It's bad enough going through it without insensitive questions forcing it all to the fore front of your mind again. That is WAY...

Well, I have walked in on my parents. Admittedly it was with different people both of them (thank my lucky stars) but it wasn't exactly pleasant. However, they have never and will never walk in on me. That'd be far worse. I prefer to be mentally scarred, not the scarrer

Should kids be treated as sweet innocent things to be protected from all evil?
My definition of evil appears to be different from other people's. Wrapping a child up in cotton wool and being paranoid over them is not good, and neither is pretty much leaving them to it. Really, you need a healthy balance. As a parent, guardian, whatever, you do your darndest to keep them safe from real harm, but occassionally kids are going to make mistakes. Bad things happen to us...

I just saw a news story concerning the American political initiatives to encourage 'purity' in young girls before marriage, in the form of 'purity balls'. 17 year-old girls take their FATHERS as their date. What are your thoughts on this?
My thought is
1) thank God I am not forced into this kind of bollocks
2) dear God taking my dad? That's just sick. That'd be too many sequins for one duo.
3) I am glad I am considered 'unpure' or 'dirty' if my motivation to stay pure was to spend more time with my dad, let alone dance with him or call him 'my date'

Intelligence. Hmm... well, today I managed to wear my trousers back to front all day and not notice until I got home. So 3 at a push.

Exactly the opposite actually. I prefer my good deeds to be anonymous or for someone else to get the praise. The good deed is there to make me selfishly happy, no one else (the happiness of others is a by product of my own selfishness)

Why do some people, even some who are engaged, act like marriage is a prison sentence rather than the exclusive, loving relationship between two people? Do you think this way of thinking hurts marriages today?
I confess, I am one of these people. I can only tell you why I am like it really. When you saw the kind of marriage my parents had, it was enough to put you off for life. It WAS a prison sentence, for my mum and me and Kate. We were trapped with him because my mum wouldn't leave him because he was her husband. So it's hard to see it in any other light then that. I have seen many...

I swear I should of been born in Berlin. Given that most people poop their pants during a fatal car wreck, do you think when paramedics find a dead guy with clean undies, they secretly respect him more for it?
Somehow I doubt that paramedics are that concerned about the bowel movements of dead people, and more the fact that they are dead.

Are you irritated-confused when you spend the time on a very good answer to a question (along with 4-8 others) & the person asking doesn't rate anyone at all? I find this to be annoying. They asked & got good replies, yet they don't rate anyone?
I find it a bit saddening, just because it indicates that they did not read the answers. I just think 'what a waste', and usually rate everyone up for it.

Bad kid I am afraid. I was never very good at doing what I was being told to do, pushed all the bounderies I was set, crossed the line so many times it's untrue and basically made myself as much of a difficult pain in the arse as I could. Then again, with a mother like mine, you soon learnt you couldn't bull sh*t her like that for very long. So I was bad, but I grew out of it.

Do you think that it's too much to ask of someone to let you know if they will be home at night or not so you know whether to lock up or not before going to bed?
I think that sounds very reasonable. I think it's important to let them know that it isn't because you don't trust them and want to check their every move or anything, but just because you want to know when to lock up. It is surprisingly easy sometimes to come across as trying to control a person, when you are not. That's probably why when you ask this they react badly
