I am tapering slowly and properly off of prednisone. I am having cramping that MIGHT be associated with pred. withdrawal as I taper. My Dr. does not know of this problem with a slow taper. Has anyone had cramping when trying to do this? I just literally got of prednisone. I personally didn't have any withdrawals. But wasn't on a strong dosage or for too long. I know with strong dosage..or long period of being on it (which one day, I might be experiencing) ..have heard of such withdrawals

Have you had good results with whitening rinse? Honestly , I find hydrogen peroxide as a good CHEAP whitening rinse. Take about a teaspoon to an 1/8th of a cup of peroxide. Swish it around for a few seconds, before you brush your teeth. Which you will probably see bubbles on your teeth. Granted sure any whitening rinse you buy...will have hydrogen peroxide in it and going pay more money for it as well.

Why has my cat stopped washing herself . she has dredlocks growing that i can`t brush out . I would get her shaved to deal with the dredlocks... but take her to the vet. Sounds like she might be ill. I have had cats live to old age..never had one quit washing themselves cause of that (or for anything really) or could she be under stress? Usually though they overwash themselves and lick off their fur when they have anxiety, but maybe the opposite is true too. Take her to the vet...

But getting on anti depressants , taking better care of myself..eating right, taking vitamins exercise and etc. Limiting alcohol. Staying away from drugs and anything else that can numb ya or bring you farther down. Thinking more positively ...has helped me greatly. And surrouding yourself with loved ones:)

But been to Baptist church a few times and friends with quite a few Baptists. Places I don't think there is any. Baptist believe in submersion baptism, Holy Communion and that is all I can think of right now. The only symbol is the symbol all christians use, the Cross! Hope that helps some!

Well it would depend, if I know they are trustworthy (granted only reason they would be my partner) I would just ask them. I know I leave post it notes in my purse and pockets with numbers I jot down. Esp if its in your partner's handwriting, would just ask. Even though knowing me...I would be tempted to call it. I took the safe route one time and stayed friends....we ended up cutting ties as friends anyways, its a long story why. But hindsight is 20/20, and had wish I/we took that leap.
