I'm not sure what's wrong but I would wait a few days and if it gets worse, then I would go see a doctor.

I know it's really hard to trust people sometimes. If they have lied in the passed then it's hard to say if it's the truth or not but just trust your instincts. Noboby can make you trust someone if you don't want to.

I wouldn't because it's sometimes hard to tell if the person your talking to is really who they say they are unless you personality know them. Wait in till you get to know them more and maybe ask for there number. You also have to be ok with long distance relationships because...
