Receiving a 4 year scholarship to a major university with everything paid for...including room, board, books, tuition, and $15 dollars a month for lundry money (this is 1964-1968 and 15 bucks went a long way back then). Played all four years in the Southeastern Conference and lettered two years. It was a great thing for a poor boy that came from a tough background.

What is the greatest disadvantage of being an atheist? Being an atheist doesn't really have any negative effects anymore than being a Christian. They face the same World that we all face each day. If I had my way, everyone would be a Christian, but we all know that will never happen. My job is just to love everyone regardless of their religion or lack of.

If you owned a pet, what was your first pet as a child? My first pet was a dog named, Skippy! Got Skippy as a 6 week old pup! We spent SO much times together. We hunted everyday. Skippy became a champion squirrel dog! Time were hard...i guess.. and my Mom and Grandfather sold Skippy without my knowledge for $75. This was around, 1955. Lot of money then.........broke my heart... cried for week. Cruel... beyond comprehension. NEVER will forget that.
