I must have slept wrong several nights ago. I woke up with an intense muscle pain inbetween my neck and left shoulder. Does anyone else have premonitions in their dreams? And I'm talking about the ones that are exactly how they seem, no hidden meanings. I've had dreams like that my whole life. Most are not important, but occasionally one tuens out to be quite awsome and of importance.

What's it like to live in Portland, Oregon? We got lots of rain. we are happy,friendly people. There are a lot of artsy people here. Writers ,musicians, artists. it's because of the rain. Got to be able to keep yourself occupied indoors. On the other hand a true Oregonian goes outdoors and does whatever they want in any weather, and we are not always properly dressed for it. We rarely use umbrellas here. The beauty is incredible....

How many cigarettes per day would you consider to be too many? I read a Shirley McClain book back in the eighties. She said she smoked 5 cigs per day. I thought you know if you could keep it at that, I don't think you'd die of lung cancer,heart problems,enphasema. Really... 5 cigs a day. Just enough to give you some pleasure, but no enough to hurt you. So that's what I shoot for.
