is is weird. My friend who is a guy asked me my bra size &said he wanted to by me one.Really angry.wht to do
Well, you haven't stopped being friends with him, have you? And you don't have to tell him anything about your bra size. You know what he's like and you know what you've heard about him. There's no point in being mad about it. But there may be a point in ending your friendship with him, especially if he makes you feel that uncomfortable.

Answer to:
If you could swap lives with anyone right now, who would you choose? A famous person, a family member, friend, coworker, etc.
I like my life right now, so I'm alright with keeping it. If I must choose, though, I wouldn't mind seeing life from a certain friend's perspective through his own eyes. He already tells me quite a lot, though, so it's not really necessary.
Answer to:

That situation sounds really tough. What if she isn't lying? At the same time, though, she could be being spiteful and be trying to get him back for something. Your children should be your priority here. You may not believe a word of it, but what if it is true? And if it is true, why would he ever admit it to you? Why would he admit it to anyone? I like being friends with people I feel comfortable, happy, and at peace around. People I can be myself around who feel like they can be themselves around me. Those kinds of friends are awesome. If I feel awkward around you and that never seems to change, I probably don't want to be your friend. At least not while I feel that way.

Would you ever give yourself 'Asker's pick'? If so why?
Apparently you don't get points for Asker's Picks. I have done this before when I wanted to keep an answer near the top. Not everything can fit in a question or even a description field. Another reason might be that the editing time for the question was up, people who answered didn't seem to understand what you ewre asking, so you wanted to clear things up. There may even be more reasons...

What are some stupid questions when you go on a cruise?
"This isn't a cruise, is it?"

Hopefully nobody actually seriously asks these questions when they go on a cruise...

"You don't sweat much for a fat lass"?
Meh. I'm not fat. In fact, recently, my youngest sister insulted me for how skinny I am and made it sound like it is disgusting to be my size. People can call me fat all they want, but I know I'm not, so it doesn't matter.

Thanks to me being honest about my life on here, it's all my fault certain family members found out I have been sexual without being in a relationship in the past while they were trolling my Answerbag account. Why do some people who seem so happy and full of life kill themselves?
Maybe they didn't want anyone to stop them, so put on an act so that nobody would. Maybe they wanted to believe they were happy before they killed themselves. Maybe they tried to convince themselves that they were. Maybe this, maybe that. They're dead, though, and they can't tell us... because dead people don't talk. They don't write, either...

If you're 100% honest with someone, is it fair to expect them to be 100% honest with you? Or is that getting your hopes up too high?
It is fair to expect complete honesty when you're being completely honest yourself, but it's not necessarily realistic. If someone doesn't want to be completely honest with you, someone doesn't want to be completely honest with you. You can't change others, but you can be a good person yourself... and you are a good person with a good heart. That's what counts.

An Answerbag addiction can last YEARS, depending on who you are...

Here are a couple of signs of AB addiction:
When you stop talking to friends you met outside of AB about people on AB because they ask questions like "How do you know that person?" ... and you don't want to explain...

If your current boyfriend calls and text his ex's and they call and text him ,is it right to do when he is in a relationship
Your boyfriend can text and call whoever he wants to, but it would be wise for him to not be surprised when he finds out it hurts you when he contacts an ex.
Answer to:
If your current boyfriend gets a text from a ex asking "Are you with seeing anyone " What is it she is asking ,and how should I take it
It sounds like your boyfriend didn't tell her you two are together before she asked the question. I wonder why he didn't...?
Answer to:
If your current boyfriend gets a text from a ex asking "Are you with seeing anyone
She might want to know so that she doesn't do anything that would disrespect any relationship he might be in. I don't recommend worrying too much about her. It sounds like she would respect your relationship if she knows about it. What is interesting to me is that she DOESN'T know. Has your boyfriend told her you're together? If he hasn't, THAT is what it would be wise for your concern to be.

Telling the person doesn't sound very nice. And could be embarrassing for the giver. Appreciate the gift and don't hold it against him or her. "It's the thought that counts."

backhanded compliments to tell a girl who is very proud.??
Someone told me before that I'm not ugly, but I'm not a 10, either. I was annoyed about it for a bit. I got over it, though. I don't think he told me that because he thought I was proud, but it might work in your situation under the right circumstances. What's the point in giving her a backhanded compliment? You don't want to come across as a jerk, so why not just say nothing at all?

What?! What a weird rule. You can put ketchup on your hot dogs where I live. If people don't want to put ketchup on their hot dogs, maybe they just don't like ketchup... at least not on their hot dogs, anyway...
Answer to:
Would you visit a brothel?
George R. R. Martin has a way of making brothels seem interesting in his 'A Song of Ice and Fire' series, so I might if I was curious enough. He makes them seem more personal and like prostitutes at brothels (along with their customers) are real with real feelings/emotions, which is true. They are real and they do have real feelings/emotions. I probably won't visit one any time soon, though.

Ever meet anyone omnicient who told you what you thought, felt, meant by what you said and was right? Me either. Do they exist? Where?
My best guy friend seems to know me better than I know myself at times. I might initially argue with him, but later realize that he was right. We've had several conversations over the years and have paid attention to each other's body language and behaviour more times than I care to bother counting, so this is likely why. He picks up on a lot of the stuff I've missed and seems to know what's...

If you don't like someone do you also not like those who do including family/friends? Or can you just dislike one and not let it grow?
"If you don't like someone do you also not like those who do including family/friends?"
No, of course not! That's silly. People can like whoever they want. If someone dislikes someone based on another person's or other people's dislike, that's pretty sad. Some of the greatest people I've ever interacted with are people who I've heard a lot of bad rumours about. People should always have the...

Maybe they don't know you.

Maybe she's against abortion. Maybe she doesn't want to give up her baby because her baby is her blood. Maybe she believes in taking responsibility for her actions. Maybe having her baby will help her grow up. Is she stupid? Well, she may have made a stupid decision when she chose to have sex in the first place. That being said, I don't think there's anything wrong with keeping your OWN child....

If other people made food for me, I appreciate it. It could have been burned for all I care and I'd still appreciate the effort. Not everyone is a great cook. Becoming a parent can and has been known to change people for the better. Maybe it doesn't change everyone for the better, but it changes enough people for the better to notice. I've witnessed it happening. It's amazing what a person having a baby can do to him or her. Do you only judge folks by how they interact with you or do you observe how they interact with others too? It's hard to do but do you?
I do pay attention to how people interact with others. There could be patterns. If a person is generally nice to others and doesn't have any apparent negative feelings towards most of the people he or she interacts with, I might have a problem I need to address if he or she chooses to be negative with me. If he or she is rude and nasty to everyone or almost everyone, he or she is the likely to...

What is your best piece of advice on living a happy and fulfilling life?
This may not be the best advice I have to offer... but I definitely learned this the hard way. Don't let your past control or punish you if you haven't done anything that is worthy of that. Being too hard on yourself can drain energy out of you and can cause you to lose joy in life. Those aren't good things. There may be a judge in your head criticizing your every move, but that judge can be...

What does it mean "to play" someone?
If someone is "playing" someone in that context, he or she is messing with that person's emotions. An example is a guy who pretends to love a girl just so that he can get into her pants. Another example is a girl who pretends she is leaving her boyfriend so that she can take advantage of one of her guy friends who is in love with her and wants to be with her. Yet another is when a married man...

I am referring to lurkers who may be just like that. They may not contribute, but they're still here to read content. They may even lurk other websites.

You can ask a bunch of questions if you want yourself, so I don't see a problem with it. In fact, I wish more people would ask more questions instead of whining about people who ask questions. Anyway, there's a limit on how many questions you can post within an hour. I'm not sure where the cut off is exactly.

This is an interesting question. I can speak for myself. I don't carry around a gun and I feel extremely safe. If I did carry around a gun all the time in case I need it for self-defence, I might be overly paranoid that someone might be out to get me. Or I might end up with a false sense of security. I might even end up shooting myself one day. o.O

I'm not an employer, but let's say I am for this question. Maybe. Maybe not. My Dad didn't have Facebook for a really long time and he is a good worker at his job. Because of that, I think I might be more likely to hire someone if I knew he or she didn't have a Facebook account.

Why do people think it's not a "Real" relationship? We've been together over a year. Seriously.
If you feel your relationship is real, that's what matters. It's not your fault if people choose to be judgmental about your situation. Do you ever tell lies on AB
No. This is one website where I've chosen to be honest to a fault on. Being anonymous helps me do that. I find that it also helps me because when I look back on things I've written, I know that that is exactly how I felt in that moment. I've been wrong about things, yes, but I've been truthful about how I felt at whatever time I wrote the content. I've felt like if my family knew my identity on...

Why do Twilight sucks?
honest opinion!!
I don't really mind Twilight as much as I used to. I read the books and I learned things from them. People who focus too much on Edward and Bella's 'love' for him might not like them, but there is a lot of food for thought in the novels. I found that these books helped show quite clearly what is unhealthy and what is healthy in a relationship. Edward may have bad qualities, but he also has good...

It's not your fault. I understand that that might be hard for you to accept, but it really isn't your fault. Your girlfriend gave in to the temptation to kiss this other guy for whatever reason, but please don't beat yourself up over it. If you don't trust her anymore, you don't trust her anymore. If you feel that breaking up with her is the best thing for you to do, then by all means, do so.

I'd probably get over it. I've felt that way about my best guy friend. I was likely annoyed at him at the times when I was because he didn't love me as more than a friend. It's possible he still doesn't. Whatever, though. He does love me as a friend. He's been clear about that. Time and accepting reality helped me.

Have you ever met an AB friend in person? How did you arrange it, and how long did you know each other beforehand?
Do you remember Someguy? I met him on March 21st. We met at a local Chapters bookstore. I'm not sure when exactly I started talking to him. I do know that he was visiting Ottawa, seemingly for business reasons, and asked to meet up with me as a result because it was convenient. I'm glad I did. He is a really cool guy, both online and in person.

Why do some AB profiles have no "Add as friend" option?
I know of one person who doesn't have the "Add as friend" option when I go on her profile. It's 'cause I blocked her. I'm pretty sure she blocked me as well. Answer to:
Do you think eavesdropping on other people's conversations should be encouraged?
Should it be encouraged? Not for bad reasons. Eavesdropping isn't necessarily bad and it can't always be helped. Answer to:
What do you call a boyfriend who wants his girlfriend sad when he's not around?
A boyfriend who wants his girlfriend sad when he's not around has the potential to cause his girlfriend extreme depression. It sounds like he may be obsessed with her and can't handle the thought of her being happy when he's not there because he wants to be the reason for her happiness - and the ONLY reason for it. Such a relationship is not healthy for either party, although it's...

Who here loves a good love story? Do you wish it would happen for you?
I do love a good love story. Do I wish it would happen for me? I don't really see it happening any time soon, but it would be nice if I found someone who would make a good match with me. That said, I do realize that it's possible that I haven't even met my future husband (if I'm ever to have one) yet.

How many controlling people do you know?
I might know more controlling people than I realize I do. They could be nice in my presence, but controlling with certain others when I'm not around. The face someone shows to you isn't necessarily the same face he or she shows to everyone else.
Answer to:
Does anyone else out there have trouble saying no to pushy people?
I have had trouble standing my ground with pushy people in the past. If people ever feel like I'm being pushy with them, I'd like to know. I don't like to be pushed around and I am not fond of the idea of other people who don't deserve it feeling pushed around because of ME!

Which of the four Hogwarts Houses would you belong to: Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, or Ravenclaw?
The Sorting Hat on Pottermore.com placed me in Hufflepuff. No surprise there. I had a feeling that was the house I'd belong in. Either that or Ravenclaw, but Hufflepuff made more sense for me.
Answer to:
Does anyone want a Hufflepuff acount on Pottermore? If anyone didn't get Hufflepuff and wanted it, let me know and we could trade accounts.
The Sorting Hat on Pottermore already placed me in Hufflepuff! What's wrong with Hufflepuff? I love that house.

If you don't forgive yourself and others but keep it inside it's like a cancer inside your heart/soul/mind. You agree ?
Forgiving others is easier to me than forgiving myself. If I did someone or something wrong, why should I forgive myself? It may be a "like a cancer", but at least it's a motivator to be good and be a decent person. I prefer to have a conscience when it comes to certain things. Now, if you mean it's a bad idea to beat yourself up over mistakes that happened several years ago that you've already...

If you don't do anything with the guy, does it really matter? Your boyfriend might want to have sex with a bunch of women you aren't aware of. Having self-control is the important thing here. You can't always control your thoughts and feelings, but you can control what you do about them.

Why do women treat men like we don't have feelings?
If the man acts tough and like he can handle anything and actually appears to be able to, it's understandable if a woman forgets he has feelings as well. If he shows no signs he's not okay, how is that her fault? Is she supposed to be able...

:3 tends to come across as happy and cheerful to me. It's really weird when I see it in a negative context. I saw it after a negative comment recently. Someone was saying her day sucked and then she put a :3 at the end. Maybe she was trying to lighten up her status so that it wouldn't sound as negative. If that was her intention, it worked... at least on me.

Does ur life suck? Feeling down? Here's a pill for u. Fukitol!
No, my life doesn't suck. It's actually been pretty awesome lately. I finally filled out and submitted a job application and I applied for a volunteer position. I might not receive a response for either, but it's important for me not to allow myself to get discouraged if I don't hear back from either. I also spend enough time with people who add value to my life and I to theirs in my offline...

My boyfriend spends all his time with friends and gets mad when i dont want them over. I don't know what to do. HELP!!!!!
It sounds like he feels like he can't win with you. When he goes out with friends, you get mad at him. When he offers to have them over, you get mad at him. It sounds like you're jealous of his friends. He may even feel that you don't like his friends. It sounds like you may want your boyfriend all to yourself. What's so bad about his friends? Do they do things you don't like? I mean outside of...

Answer to:
The truth is hard, the truth hurts. But people say they want the truth. Do they really? Do they really want to hear it especially when it hits so close to home?
In my experience, there are people who really don't want to hear the truth unless it's what they want to hear. I've lost friends because I didn't always tell them what they wanted to hear. I've received dirty looks. I've been treated like an enemy. I've been hated. It seems like the way to win the trust of someone who can't always handle the truth is to lie and put on pretty smiles and tell him...
Answer to:
When you really talk about friends ,how many would you call a real friend, sincere there for you when it really counts, consider who would come to you at 3 a.m in the morning if you called them on the phone asking for help.
I don't like the mental outlook that says those who wouldn't come by your house at 3 a.m. when you need help aren't real friends. That's a time that many people are likely asleep. What if the person is a deep sleeper? What if he or she doesn't answer calls after a certain time (say 9 or 10 p.m.)? As for how many sincere friends I have, why bother counting? What if I miss someone? What if I...

I do what I want, whether what I want is staying or going. If I can fix something, I might try. If I can't, then it would be wise for me to change my attitude.
Here is a famous quote that contains advice that can be easier said than taken:
"If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude. Don't complain." ~ Maya Angelou

Why can't some women remember their last period when the doctor ask?
It's possible that such women just aren't all that concerned with remembering when they last menstruated. I don't always remember when I last had my period, so I might have trouble recalling an exact date if a Doctor ever asked me that question. Periods are normal to me. They're a part of life.
