I get pretty strong headaches at least twice a month. Is that too often or pretty normal? Many women get severe headaches when they get their period and then again when they are ovulating. Sometimes it could be caused by allergies to foods as well. If your headaches are severe enough to interupt your lifestyle, I would say then you are having too many of them.
