Her name is not on any of the loan papers.what are my rights? you have the right to get the car back. go to a lawyer that does free consolts to cover all the bases but she can not keep the car. and even if her name was on the car if you did not want her to have it you could sell it and give her half that is legal.

There is about 7000 ppl in about a 45 mile area. it is green in the summer not to hot. snow in the winter sometimes a little cold. Do you collect change in a jar? Or would you rather buy something out of a snack/pop machine with it? I always have a change jar. Once i had over $500.00 in it thank god because i had an unplaned bill come up and was able to take care of it. I think I have about $100.00 in my jar right now. and i keep my quarters in a different jar only use them to wash me car and stuff like that

My dad was a drug addict when i was born and then was sent to jail when i was 5 he got out 7 years later when i was 13. it took me a while to get to really know him and start trusting him . he's now back on drugs again. what do i do? really there is nothing you can do. I now stay up from 7pm monday until 4 am on wendsday morning (33 hours) then I go to sleep from 6am wendsday till 8 pm wendsday ( 16 hours) im not getting 8 hours a day, but i do get 16 for 49 which is roughly the same per week, is this healthy? I really don't think so. your body is going with out sleep for 33 hours straigh and that takes a toll on mind and eyes ect. What's it like to live in a trailer? It sucks I lived in on growning up it was cooled, the roof leak the walls would get ice on them in the winter moldy and most of them have a wierd smell to them. I had to live in one for awhile as an adult I hope my kids never have to live in one again.

During our trip a cousin emptied out our cat box enough that our basement stairs reek of cat pee and our carpet has stains too from no litter box. How to take out the smell and stains? We had a male cat that started straying I don't know if that is the same but we had to replace the carpet and wash the underneath florring with bleach before laying the new. Pet pee is a bad thing because it is now in your pad and the floor.

I've been sick for 8 years with cyclic vomiting syndrome. I'm 5'4 and have gone from 115 lbs. to about 85-93 lbs. I get sick bi-monthly, and I cant eat/drink for days. I have a 96 Grand Am. When I go to turn it off, sometimes the key will only turn alittle and won't turn off the car . I have to turn the car back on and move the steering wheel, sometimes it takes a few times, but it has always come out. What's up/cost? I had a 99 grand am that did that once but the key would not shut off or come out at all had to get a new ignition switch.

When you were growing up, was your family affectionate and demonstrative or were they reserved? We were and are still reserved with out emotions and affections. My mother who is a major alcoholic believes that crying is a weakness. We are more the yelling and fighting type. We did not hug much and I find myself not a huggy person with my own kids. I am trying to break the cycle and so is my sister. Hopeful our next generation will be better.

My wife and I are buying a home with an HOA. I received the application form and it ask for my Social Security and bank account numbers. Do I have to give them all this infomation? I think they are asking for your SS# to run the credit check and for your bank account to see the activity in your bank account and to see the funds you keep in there. We just bought a house 4 months ago and we had to give the same information. I would call them and tell them your cincerns and ask why they want this information before giving it it might help clear things up
