It's a losing battle based upon numerous, strong factors most working against you. I'm employed in a yard with lots of trucks, nails everywhere and some of ours that are punctured lasted months, some went flat the next day, you never know, best to have it patched or replaced.

Cut into rounds Add into a cast iron pan with butter on low-med heat fry lightly until the outside is just crisp. The butter has time at a lower temp to seep into the sweet potato. A little salt right out the pan on top before they dry. Enjoy!

Nothing really works, a friend of mine recently wasted 50 bucks on a dietary cleansing drink, lol he failed miserably. I'm not saying vitamins, detox drinks and water don't help but there is no quick drink "potion" to make it all disappear, it's in you.
