Can life exist on planets without gravitation?
Their are no planet without gravity, in theory to planet to be without gravity it's mass should be zero. If we take an imaginary planet without gravity for example there wouldn't be any air or water on it's surface because it does not have gravity and gravity keeps air and water tight to the surface of the planet. So without those two any of the life forms we know can't exist. So answer is no.

Why is an explosion of, say, 10 pounds of TNT much bigger than 1 pound of TNT?
It' pretty simple to understand,
the chemical formula of TNT is, C6H2(NO2)3CH3, with the molecular mass of 227,
Following is happens when TNT is exploding,
2 C7H5N3O6 → 3 N2 + 5 H2O + 7 CO + 7 C
So when there are more TNT molecules explode, it would release more energy,
So in 1 pound there are around = (450 / 227) * 6.0221415 × 10^23 molecules of TNT, and in 10 pounds it's 10 times that,...

violation of societies expectations won't cause any guilt because it's what society expect but you are not bound to give it to the society (as long as you are in the legal boundary), but if it's acting against own beliefs then it would cause guilt because it would be believe something and doing something other.

Is it fair to blame the president for our economy when corporate america gives away are jobs?
It's not only the president but also entire government, why won't they tax imports so that local production can be stimulated? Corporate America get China to make all the products for us, and we pay our money for junk coming from there, and they with our money buy our debts. Ultimately we have paid our money so that we can get loans from China. Now we are on the brink of default. God help America!

Should we shoot illegal immigrants as they cross the border?
No, we should investigate why they trying to immigrate at the first place, may be it's because they have problems where they live. Only if we can provide solutions to those problems and send them back to where they came we should consider allowing them to stay in here. Only country powerful enough and rich enough to help them are us not any other country. Shooting them is not an option.

I think it's perfectly justifiable, It's just getting Libya out of Gaddaffi's terror. Can the US banks/Wall Street be trusted to regulate themselves?
Yes, they can be trusted. Once a 100 year storm we had in 2008-2009 is extreme situation. To face those type of situations we have Fed in place and it has done it's job rescuing the economy. Now government should support banks to get back into business rather than strangling their neck by putting stupid regulations and taxes and pay restrictions.

Am I the only one who thinks the American Dollar is headed so far south we will be looking at Pesos like hundred dollar bills in 20 years?
In 20 years there will be some amount of inflation and it should happen because otherwise people will/can save their money under mattress. But I'd say maximum 20% drop will happen and not more than that. As Warren Buffett said America's best days are ahead.

How can we turn the financial system back onto the right path so the dollar holds it's value and rich people no longer get to be lazy and collect free money(interest)?
Interest is not free money in my opinion, they had invested their capital in the banks to lend others. So the turnaround will go fine the economy is already in correct path, and it will recover gradually. Only factor needed is consumer confidence and once it's there it will be just a matter of time.

Answer to:
What do you think of the :Banks 'too big to fail' that have grown even bigger since the crash?(3 banks now hold almost 1/3 of deposits, issue half the mortgages and 2/3 of credit cards)
I think it's better to have some really big banks, which are too big to fail. That is simply because FDIC is only covers up to 250000 dollars worth of money in an account if I remember correctly. So if you have more money than that then it is a disaster if the bank fails.

Answer to:
Why can't the government revalue money like they did in the 1930's? Close the banks for a week, redo everyone's accounts. If you had $15,000, now you'd only have $1000, but it would be WORTH $1000.
I don't know why it's necessary.
Answer to:
You find $1,000,000 in cash. You decide to keep it. What would you physically do with it in order to be able to spend it? Don't forget that depositing over $5,000 (I believe) in a bank requires paperwork indicating the source.
I'd form a new company, and I will be the CEO, hire couple of people do so called businesses and forge the financial statements and lots of money will be paid to me as salary and once money is in my account I will close the company or continue it if it's profitable.

How likely do you think it is that our most recent economic collapse was just a warm-up for the real thing? The US is going to run a deficit of perhaps 3 trillion in the next year or so. Is this a set up for the perfect storm? (LINK)
the recent collapse was the real thing as far as I think and facts indicate. when considered about 13.8 trillion GDP, 3 trillion deficit won't cause that big trouble as I think.
And most importantly there is no way I think it will reach 3 trillion. I think maximum it will go is 1.5-1.7.
