Your body is craving complex carbs. Brown rice, wheat bread, veggies. If you eat more of these things, you will crave sugar and fat less. I have the same problem and I switched to more rice and healthy carbs and now the sugar craving is down some.

To me, the connection I felt with the person would matter far more than what sex they are. I understand why people don't say anything right away, some people are really judgemental and have a really hard time dealing with it. In either case, I'd support the person and try to carry on...

YES! I got one of those eye masks at Victoria's Secret for like 10 bucks and I love it. It creates total darkness. Can't sleep without it now.
