i add blueberries ( in England these are classed as a superfood) and flax seeds (also classed as a must have by our nutritionists). Oh, and milk!

i think this is "come on Irene" by Dexies Midnight Runners -part of it goes " you in that dress, oh what a mess , yeah your dirty, oh come on Irene... etc etc - hope this helps.
