the best English roast - a half leg (or whole if you're rich!) leg of lamb. Make about 8 deep slits with a knife and poke slced garlic in with the herb Rosemary, cover in foil and cook REALLY slowly for about 4 hours. The meat falls off the bone and is really juicy and delicious - the garlic and rosemary add a gorgeous taste to the meat juices for your gravy.
