His parents drive thru our town to see his sister but don't stop. My husband won't say anything. It depends on how much you owe for back child support as long as it's not over (it used to be $2500 but I think it's $5000 now) you should be fine. But if it's over the amount then you will be denied a passport and won't be able to get one until the balance is paid in full.

How tacky is it to hold a bridal shower at a restaurant and ask those attending to pay their own meals, is it acceptable to order appetizers and if guests want a full meal they can pay for it? If your gonna make your guests pay for their own meal I wouldn't expect nice gifts or any at all. Very Tacky.

One of my cats does that too. I have no idea why becuase he drinks water from his bowl too. It shouldn't be harmful unless you don't flush after using the toliet.

They cannot refuse your bankruptcy on you giving away an item but they can recover that item from whom ever you gave it to and sell it to pay your debts. Even if you sold an item to a friend or family member for less than the actual value they can repo that item from them and sell it....so think twice before selling or giving away anything of value ($500 +) if you are conserding bankruptcy....

So if the girl files child support, will I have to pay? Many states can consider your income as a factor if the mother does not work or only has a min wage job...I know from exprience. If the mother claims undue hardships or has other children there is a good chance your income will be considered as a factor in how much child support your husband must pay...however they cannot take any money from you directly.

If u have a trip that is prepaid and the trial is on that date r u able to not attend jury duty? Just don't go to jury duty. How are they to know you ever got the summons in the mail? It is not sent by priority mail which requires a signature. If they ever contact you about not attending just say you never got the summons in the mail...they have no way of proving you ever got or didn't get it.

I used to have a captial one CC and yes there usually won't lower you intrest rate...I called once and they lowered it by 1% to 7%. Now I called Bank of America and Discover and they drastically lowered my rate from 20% to 2% now that is a big difference. There is no harm in asking.
