How often do you feel overloaded with stress? When this happens, what do you do about it?

Maybe once every 3 months or so? I write down a list of things are bothering me and stressing me out, then I write down what I'm actually going to do about it. This may sound cheesy, but it makes me feel a whole lot less helpless and allows to see the situation a bit more clearly.

Very hot shower or bath right before bed. Depending on where it hurts, I sleep in a position that gives those muscle groups a rest.

I only gotten a few messages since joining the site, but I usually respond (unless they are too vulgar/disrespectful for a response). I've never given away my normal email address though. I was amused by it and I generally agreed with what the author had to say. I think most people live life this way, its just the extreme ones that are loud and stand out. I only think it would be beneficial to read if someone liked to rain on the other side's parade too much.

Some days I really need the lies to get me through it. Also truth changes depending on the perspective, so who's truths and who's lies? Even if there could be a system worked out, hiccups tend to annoy me, so why not have their noses change colors like a mood ring?

Spending the entire day in a library by myself. :) Getting to bed at 10pm...on a Friday night...and I'm still young. :) Exercising six times a week. :)

I used to think of many people that way until I saw the real person underneath the mimicry. So I got to know them a bit more and slowly I came to realize the parrot behavior was just a mask they used around others because it was easier than being who they really were.
