Answer to:
How often do you feel overloaded with stress? When this happens, what do you do about it?
Maybe once every 3 months or so? I write down a list of things are bothering me and stressing me out, then I write down what I'm actually going to do about it. This may sound cheesy, but it makes me feel a whole lot less helpless and allows to see the situation a bit more clearly.

I would move on. There's nothing really left to do. I would learn from the situation and try to interpret signals from guys better, so it wouldn't happen again. What helps you study?
Consistency. By keeping on top of the class, reorganizing my notes, and reviewing past information, I'm not overwhelmed by new ideas. In math, I do the problems given as well as ones I can create on my own.
As far as my environment goes, that's an important factor too. Places where I tend to sleep, such as a couch or bed, are no-go areas to study in. No distractions are allowed either, such as...

My thoughts are just a piece of me, so it wouldn't be all of me inside the robot. Minds are fluid, ever changing based upon the chemicals/hormones within someone. Most say humans are smart. Then why are we so self destructive to everything & most likely oblivious to it? Shocking!
We are selfish creatures that only think of the immediate future. We've proved this time and time again, especially with the events going on today. However, we might scramble for a solution once we feel pressured enough, but that's most likely beyond the world's tipping point.

ive been in a relationship for 3mths with a man who doesnt open up completely & allow me to love him the way he deserves.
It's only been three months, so he's most likely still getting to know you (and you him). Some things take time and maybe he's not ready for that level of intimacy in the relationship. If you've already talked to him about how he acts (and reacts), then the only thing left to do is give it time. If he's worth loving, he's worth waiting for.

This is the most current study done (in 2009) on the matter and I'm sure there are other studies out there that might give off a different figure.

I write down a list of the things that are bugging me. Then I cross out the ones I can't do anything about and try to move on with those issues. After that I think of what I can realistically do to solve the others ones. I make steps to suceed and then I implement them. Actually working towards solving issues makes me feel a lot less helpless and down. That picks me up and gives me gumption. :)

Older, I relate to older guys better and they usually aren't intimidated by the way I speak, think, or act. I'm a bit serious at times and I don't "let loose" as many guys my age do. I like my men a bit more settled down. :)

When my coworkers and I are "playfully interacting as thugs", I don't mind it. Other than that, I don't relate to that colloquial term whatsoever. I may give someone a strange look for using it, but I don't view them as uneducated or incorrect. I really wonder what they are doing in the midwest though!

Yes, for about 5 seconds. I was speaking with someone on the phone, leaned back and thumped the back of my skull. A few seconds later the person on the other end brought me back and then proceeded to laugh as I told them what happened. Yup, I don't lean back on chairs any more. :O

How to Avoid Being Lonely?
I give in to the illusion that I can be social sometimes when I'm feeling lonely by going to a crowded place and letting myself be surrounded by people. I don't have to interact with them, but sometimes I watch them out of the corner of my eye. Sitting in a cafe or carousing the mall can take the edge off of the lonliness.
Or you could just order a russian bride/husband. :P

Tell them about how your Friday/Saturday night is currently seeking someone amazing to fill the time up. Tell them that you think they'd be the perfect candidate and make sure you let them know that you'd like it to be just you two, so they don't think it's a friend get together. That usually does the trick.

Abortion is wrong and those who commit abortion commit murder and should serve serious jailtime. Agree or disagree and exlain why.
I disagree. Every case is different, life isn't so black and white (whether you choose to believe this or not). Not everyone is psychologically strong enough to bear their rapist's child or bring a severely deformed child into this world. I'd rather let that individual choose and live with the decision rather than others enforcing their morals onto them.

Should we all be vegans? Are eating animals necessary for our survival and if not are we just murdering poor innocent animals unjustly?
No, but we should all be free to make that decision. Eating meat isn't necessary for our survival. I'm ok with murdering "poor innocent" animals. I like the taste of meat and I like the convenience of getting my nutrients that way. A vegan diet is pretty expensive (at least where I live) as well as tedious when I would constantly have to be buying pills and making sure I remember to take them....

Well, for one, he's at least being upfront about wanting you physically. Depending on how well you know him and what kind of guy he is, it could mean he finds you mentally stimulating as well. Everyone is different, some tell the truth, while others tell you what they think you want to hear to, as J and B said, "get into your pants".

I guess I would say physical contact. It upsets me and makes me very very uncomfortable being touched (less so when a professional does it, such as a nurse). For most situations, I tend to mind my own business and not get myself involved. If its something I think I really need to help on, such as a lost crying child, I'll help to fix the situation. I'm not a fan of giving help freely, that creates dependency in others and doesn't allow people to reach their full potential. I know it sounds mean, but I'm all for hand ups instead of hand outs.

Answer to:
Why is it bad if a guy has low self esteem?
Bad self esteem can lead to many problems in relationships (I'm answering this based on the cateogory).
A man with low self esteem MAY constantly fish for compliments or reassurance, get paranoid about cheating (due to him not thinking he's good enough for his partner), constant bouts of depression to deal with, usually associated with a lot of negative comments (either towards others or...

Do nothing. If I'm no longer a part of their life, any sign of empathy would come off as cheap, forced, and/or only full of pity. I'll let their close loved ones help them through their tough time.

Can you survive without sex? If you can't then why and what the important role of sex in life?
I think so. Sex is just an added bonus, the icing on the cake in a relationship. The cons of not having it vary, but as to why it's important; it can bring two people closer together, it relieves stress, lowers blood pressure (afterwards!), it can feel good (depending on your partner), and it's fun (again, depending on your partner).

Push ups or running. Instant positive ways to transform that hateful energy. If I can't run due to weather or my clothing or where I am at, I go to a secluded area and pump out some push ups. The angrier I am, the more I usually do. It's much better than pacing and/or punching. It doesn't hurt your figure either! :D

No, working with society (for the most part) makes life easier. Giving off the air that you only care about yourself, seperates you from others, which is most likely why you put this statement under loneliness. If you want to live a life secluded from others, why not? If you want to learn how to play the game with society and your peers to make "everyone" "happy", then be my guest. That's the...

I've seen it done, but usually the relationship is filled with a lot of compromise and work (on both ends). I know I'm an introvert, so I only go after the same. I bit my nails constantly as a child until I consciously made the effort to stop. At first, if I caught myself nit picking at them, I sat on my hands. Are you a Grudger or Grudgeless? If you're a Grudger does it do anything good for you? If you're not, do you understand Grudgers at all?
I would say I'm close to being grudeless, but not quite. There are a few people I hold grudges against. Those grudges protect me from getting hurt again from those people, so there's the silver lining. I understand some people say holding them only hurts myself, but years of having them (and being a better, safer person) have shown me otherwise.

Should I kill myself because I will never find someone to love?
How can you expect a girl to like you in such a low mental state? Desperation and self pity are hanging around you at the moment. Killing yourself because you can't find someone at 19? Seriously, you're 19. You have a LOT of time to randomly bump into her. Not all girls are shallow for looks, but it's not fair at this point in time to put all the pressure (and work) on a girl to like you....

Im taking a college class called His 391, does it necessarily mean its hard? What were your experiences in upper level classes in college?
They tend to have less homework on a day to day basis, but more reading and longer, more indepth essays. You shouldn't be scared, just be prepared to do the work and you'll do fine. Also, make sure you don't miss out on any classes if you can help it. Sometimes they'll have what's in the lecture only on the exam.

If we interacted well, I would go on a date with an old classmate. As far as coworkers go, I have promised myself never to date another. It just complicates the heck out of life in a bad way. But it sounds like a great idea; snowmobiling.

I'm guessing they assume that because she's flaunting off her body, almost just for attention. To be honest, no I couldn't. I wouldn't be satisfied for someone who was "settling" in the looks department for me. I would need to feel special, attractive, and sexy for the relationship to work. I would turn what you two have into a friendship because it sounds plutonic. It's not a bad thing, it just is. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders and if she can handle, I'm sure you two...

Which is more sure re the future; reliable ancient
texts [Bible] supported by physical evidence, or, theoretical Physicists 'predictions'?
In my opinion, the bible isn't a reliable text. It's an assortment of translated and retranslated stories that were written by man, not from the divine. As far as using it for religious reasons, that's all fine by me, but when it's used for "scientific" reasons, no. It's not reliable in any way. The bible has said some things, many things, but any evidence out there has been formed in a sad...
Answer to:
Curvy/skinny guys and girls opionion!!!!
I don't know what guys have given you that impression. I'm all curves and recieve almost no attention from the opposite sex. I've lost a lot of weight (while still keeping my curves) and that has brought a little more attention. Overall I think they want a girl who's out there (socially), healthy, and confident. (although being skinny, more so than curvy, does get you more attention.)

How long into knowing them do you let them know that you like them? Maybe they are taking offense at the quick nature of you liking them, which could make them feel as if you only like/want their bodies.
Another theory is that they don't feel comfortable around you and acting angry/hateful when this little fact becomes known is their defense.
Or someone around campus has spread rumors about...

I think a positive outlook is nice and that's what I am normally, but I don't think forcing myself to constantly be positive for a certain amount of time will do me any good. I'm usually in a certain mindset for a reason and if I'm just in a bad mood, I let it pass.

Is everyone's endgame the same? Do unto others before they do unto you? Or are there different endgames? What is yours?
Just live life and do what feels right at that moment in time. Keep moving forward. If someone wrongs me and I feel that a response is necessary, I'll do it. I don't stress too much over the endgame; I'm quite content with the philosophy I've picked up.

How do you get over fear of abandonment? It's something we all have, isn't it?
I don't know if it's something we all have, but for those who do have it, you just have to deal with it or let it make the decisions for you. Even if you have the fear, you're the one in the control, you make or break relationships. It might fade over time or it might always be there; it really depends on the individual, the reasons behind the fear, and what they do about that fear.

What's a good pet for us? No dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, fish, rats. Or anything like that (: thanks!
Iguanas make delightful pets. You can make them vegetarians, omnivores, or carnivores. You can take them for walks and they grow big enough to play with! There are also a ton of them ready to adopt at humane societies around the nation that need loving homes.
p.s. they close their eyes in happiness when you scratch them just right, like dogs do. :D

If they really loved me, they'd let me get those amazing opportunities and always be there for me. If he knew we were going to "last forever", then the time that those amazing experiences would take would mean nothing and they could wait (or even join me!). If they "threatened" me with talk of hurting themselves I would see how manipulative they are and greedy in a sense to make me feel guilt...

ok, i like this girl, but she doesn't even know who i am, meaning we haven't met in real life.
What do i do?
Help?
Reply ASAP please
Since you haven't met her in person and only like the idea of her on facebook, the best thing for you to do is stop talking to her. It sounds like there aren't many options for you. You could disobey your parents and approach her (if she even lives in your area), but this could scare her, since you only answered her question by stating you are a "friend of a friend". Either way I wish you luck.

Hair is really low on my list of what makes me attracted to a guy to be honest. (I'm not just saying this to make you feel better either. It's when a guy tries to overcompensate for any hair loss that they become unattractive. Just be your awesome self and your love life should blossom. :)

What/who do you not feel good enough for?
Sometimes/days I don't feel good enough for my current bf. I don't say to him because it's my issue, not his though. I'd say its best to move on, not just for the jobs, but also to experience other people and places that are still out there to explore. It hurts a bit and it can be scary at times, but it's been worth it so far for me! You can always visit the friends you made at college; I'm going on a road trip with them this July! I'm currently in a relationship after being single for most of my life and I've decided to take things as they come. I decide when what's right, not society or my friends/family. The little tips protect the real us from the harsh reality of the world. The little tip is still a part of us, but it's more socially acceptable version of us. It also helps us interact with others by simplifying who we are. I don't things (life) could run as "smoothly" if we all flaunted our true selves.

When I feel lonesome, I call up old friends, take the dog for a walk, people watch at the mall, sit in coffee shops and read, or go work out. The trick is to keep moving, keep going forward to prevent moping and self pity from creeping in.

I keep thinking of the hysteria in the courtroom brought about in The Crucible due to this question. Since it has to be proved beyond a reasonable doubt, the defenders (Theists) would win. (Although one could argue the "reason"able part)

My mother made sure we used and still do around her, proper table manners. If you are looking outside of the relationship for any type of companionship besides friendships (without benefits!), then in my eyes, yes. Harmless flirting can lead to other things and really isn't that harmless. If you are looking in other places in the first place, then you're feeling as if you're missing something in the relationship or the relationship isn't enough.

It really depends on why you want to keep from falling in love. If he's already married or theirs no way you two can be together, focus on his flaws and make a mental list of them. It can be good in certain senses and bad in certain cases (not to sound like a fence sitter here, sorry!) It works for me and no one is in pain.

What do you find 'cute'?
Besides the "normal" things like baby animals, I'd say small manly things such as mini hammers and wrenches, shyness (blushing, stammering, and looking down) in many situations. I think a lot of "scary" animals are cute too, such moles, toads, lizards, and bats.

How do you stay positive in life?
I try to stay conscious and aware of my surroundings so I don't take them for granted. I don't belittle small accomplishments (or at least I try not to) and for those things that get me down, I work on correcting them. Even if they aren't completely fixed, the fact that I'm actually working on correcting them makes me happy. (Stagnation and settling terrifies me). As to the things that I can't...

Where do you look for answers in your life?
Wikipedia. :P
But in all seriousness I normally just randomly research things that interest me. When questions as to what I should do arise, I analyze what I want (and what I think I want at that moment versuses what I really want deep down) and what steps I need to take to get there/it. I'm a big fan of writing to-do lists and placing the responsibility on my own shoulders.
As for answers...

Do you believe premarital sex is right or wrong?
I suppose it depends on the couple and their beliefs. Some people throw sex around for the fun of it without attaching any emotion besides the present pleasure, some will only have it when(or if) they fall in love (I'm in this category), while others still save marriage for religious (or other personal) reasons. All in all, it really depends on the the people involved in the decision to label...

Does anyone beleive in God these days?
I think quite a large number of people still do. It just depends on what interpretation of god(s) and the region. There are a lot more atheists in China compared to, let's say, the U.S.A. If you were more specific, I'm sure there's a few studies/census(es) out there that could give you a less vague answer.

Drugs are illegal/bad influence (end of story) and alcohol can overtake more important priorities, such as being a parent! The drinking part is fine in moderation, but they have many other responsibilities to take care of first.
Answer to:
Where do you think having parents who drink while pregnant or do drugs might lead us in the future if it continues?
Since only a percentage of people do that and not the whole population it will only create a certain amount of people who are born with deformities, addictions, and other problems. It most likely will continue, but it will only be a piece of the new amount of people being born, so it will not "lead" anything in the future except for sad cases. The bible is a bunch of rules and stories that can be interpreted in numerous ways. It was written by man, not a god, so I don't really care what it wants out of me. In order to believe in any of it, you need faith (or to believe as you put it), that's all. Logic and the bible really don't go hand in hand, if you get what I mean...

Atheists: do you downright disbelieve in all dieties or do you believe there is a chance there could be a "god", but see no proof?
There being a god doesn't make sense to me. It would take proof for me to believe, hence that's why I don't believe. Proof=a believer out of me. I know I make mistakes and my mode of thinking isn't without it's faults, but I don't really see a "chance" of a god existing; as I said before, it really doesn't sit right with me, mentally speaking.

The first period of REM typically lasts 10 minutes, with each recurring REM stage lengthening, and the final one lasting an hour, so to have three in an hour would be considered very abnormal. I wouldn't consider it kidnapping and sending her to jail wouldn't "fix" the problem. It affects their metabolism by getting into their digestive systems and essentially dehydrates them to death. Answer to:
My faith teaches me to respect all faiths, treat them as equally valid and not close my mind to other beliefs. Do you think that is wrong?
I don't know. By accepting that they all are valid and equal, you've put yourself in a paradox. Some of them contradict one another in many ways.
Answer to:
What are some things that are normal for most but make you uncomfortable?
Besides most social interaction, I'm uncomfortable if someone touches me, talking on the phone with strangers (and sometimes acquaintances), asking for help, watching sex scenes in movies, and expressing my true opinions/feelings.

What's your favorite quote about religion or spirituality?
It changes quite often, but this is my favorite one at the moment.

Answer to:
How hard do you try to not look dumb? Do you succeed?
I don't really try unless I'm giving advice that I'm hoping someone will follow for their own sake. Other than that, I'm ok with being labeled as an idiot by others who don't know me; I really don't care. I'm ok when it comes to an intelligence level, I'm not smart/dumb, I'm sort of in the middle. :)

Answer to:
Ever ask yourself? Are you a good/bad person?
The only "bad" thing that I do is avoid interacting with people and that's not really hurting anyone. Overall, when using society's concept of good, that's an accurate description of myself. I pay taxes, I abide the law, and I'm polite while working.

Is there a deep relationship between our universe and our bodies?
I don't know about slapping the adjective "deep" on the relationship we have with the universe. I kind of view as it just is. We are a part of the universe, like everything else. It's kind of a natural relationship in my opinion.

Well, you have two choices. Either keep on looking (maybe in different areas/different tactics) or you can give up and hopefully you'll randomly find someone. Lots of people are in the same circumstance as you, so cheer up! Good things are supposed to be hard to come by anyways!

Do you go out and get crazy on the weekends or do you stay in and relax?
Strange as it seems, I've lost track of what's a weekend and what's not. I work random days, so a day off is nice. :) I can't stand to relax or go crazy, so I just do a bit of both to keep me sane. Running errands/working out in the morning and hiding in a coffee shop or library in the afternoons.

Anyone who drinks in excess and does drugs are big time losers in my book. I really hate when they claim "I'm in control. I'll never need more" because that's b.s. They aren't any different than the countless others in drug centers (my parents work at them). Those kind of people ruin not only their lives, but hurt those who care about them. As sad as it sounds, that sounds normal to me. I don't know if I'd rather the number be lower or higher though. Lower=more criminals on the street or lower crime rate, while Higher=less criminals on the street or higher crime rate. Neither is very reassuring.

Is the USA unique in that most of its citizens take a pride in their ignorance? http://to.ly/a2dq
No, I went overseas and experienced the same attitude in many areas from different citizens. Stupidity and pride go hand and hand in many nations. As to the reference to the ad, it's annoying and amusing at the same time, but I don't see how that represents a nation as a whole. It's marketing and media, not necessarily real life for such a large country.

It's your faith, there is no "should". He believes what he believes and the same goes for you.
