For those who suffer from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I've got the beginning stages of it, minor tingling in hand. My question is have you ever suffered from pain all the way up by your elbow and in your upper arm almost like you were punched? It will get worse it takes about 6 weeks to recover per hand after the operations.I am a long term disabled person(wheelchair & forearm crutches)is the cause in my case.These days I am a forearm crutch user for most of my mobility.Our arms then then the shoulders give out.Thats why we try to keep weight off. Its called getting old. Swimming helps,yes smimming me swimming!

I now have carpal tunnel in my hands. You can use forearm crutches as long as you are not over weight. Shoulder crutches give the person more control. I prefer forearm crutches or a cane for balance.
