A republican elected in Massachusetts?!! What do you think the message is in that?
I would say that the biggest factor is that the people of Mass. are sending a message that they don't want the president's health care package and that they are waking up to the fact that Obama and his czars are trampling on our constitution and our rights as well as insulting our country and all of our allies.

Answer to:
Should Religious Leaders Be Able to Endorse Political Candidates?
The aim of the constitution on this point was to keep government from dictating to the people what they could believe. In no way was there an intent to prevent religion from guiding the morals of the country. America has become disgustingly immoral because of the lack of religeous influence on it's leaders.

Trumann noted the need for healthcare reform 64 years ago. In 64 years, Republicans did NOTHING but say NO!. So why should we believe them now when they say, "Not that way! We've got a better plan."?

The danger line for temperatures varies with age (young people can have a higher temperature without ill effects) but the tingle on the spine sounds strange. You might want to go get that checked out or at least give your doctor a call. Tylenol is good for bringing down a fever.

The major theme of many of the 1970s' self help books seemed to be "all about me". Does that still seem to be the theme today or has it shifted away from self-centered trend?
You know, that's a good question. I think that, in the end, they have pretty much always tried to teach that true self help comes when you try to make oneness with the universe. I do think that they are becoming more open with that philosophy than they were but that it was always at the core of their teaching.

Go to Home Depot. They have this plastic with a glue strip that you put around the windows and then adhere the plastic to it. Works wonders. I live in the arctic, well, not really, just feels like it sometimes. But, anyhow, we use it and it works great. I don't even take the window ac unit out. Just put the plasic sheet right over it.

Good question. I think I have to go with Elfie on this one. I think that you have to go lightly here but I don't think that a light spanking would hurt. My son had asthma and he got an occasional spanking and he's 50 now and turned out pretty good, in my opinion. You probably would have to look out for them trying to play you though. Kids are pretty good at that.

For their size, chihuahuas can be pretty feisty but the other 3 are different for different situations. Maybe not vicious so much as protective.

My opinion is that if she left him to live with another man then let him pay to support the child. If she left him because they just can't tolerate one another or because he is abusive (and, since he is calling the child a %^*# child, I would tend to say that he is the problem) then he should definitely pay. Maybe because you keep insulting them but still want them to foot the bill for everthing that you want but are too lazy to work for. Who do you think is going to be paying for the "Cash for Clunkers" program? You keep a car until it's not worth spit and then think that the rest of us should pay for your new car. Welfare mentality.

In order to do anything well you need to practice and do practical application. If Eric Clapton hadn't touched a guitar in 12 years he would not sound like he did the last time he picked it up.

I have an older circuit breaker box. the breakers actually contain fuses that are replaced. I have a circuit which shows on but the electric on the wall is not working, I am thinking that the fuse needs replaced. Is this easy to do? and how to do this?
Well, the first thing that you want to do is pull the handler down to shut of the electricity. There are different types of fuses. Are the the kind that screw in and have a little glass window? If so, you just unscrew them. If they are long cylinders you just pull them out and push the new one in. Make sure the power is off or you will become part of the house's electrical system.

You don't know what you are talking about. NO OTHER MANUFACTURER of automobiles makes more cars in America than Toyota. Not Ford! Not Chevy! Not Chrysler! They make their cars in Taiwan and Mexico. Toyota is more of an American car than any of those so-called American cars. Just because they started here doesn't mean a thing. They got shipped out many years ago.
